I should've been more specific. I didn't mean getting them above 5 as a non-Chronomancer exalt. My thinking was that the main need to specify the max of 5 is because no exalt currently in existence is able to go to 6 dots in backgrounds; with a Chronomancer, it should be specified that, where it would say that their backgrounds max at 5, they instead max at 6. 300 BP for a 6-dot Spelljammer, if my math is correct. Having more backing than leading it is probably Illuminati-level shadow government. More fame/status probably means people think of you as they would some kind of god-king; you might have your own alignment. Edited by Yog-Sothoth, Oct 4 2015, 03:20 PM.

Uh... as pointed out, that would require defining what six dots in a given background would represent. For every background, specifically for just one exalt... |

New Power - Time Flow Time Flow Time is like a river, and Chronomancers can make it flow at whatever pace they wish. You can spend one Tick per round to trigger a change in the flow of time. The effect ends at the start of your next turn if you have no Ticks to spend on maintaining it.

...If you have the Tocks to maintain it, presumably. |

Time Flow lasts for as long as you can spend Ticks. |

How would it interact with Steel Hound's initiative gaining/spending mechanics? |

I want to say that Slow doubles your Initiative, then Steel Hound can mess around with it. |

When you run out of Ticks, your base Initiative goes back to normal. |
