This Exaltation is somehow wackier than the Toon or Mary Sue but if you look past that it's actually a pretty useful Exaltation, serving as a useful Social Exalt like the Tuatha it is built to mirror.

You're only saying that because you helped make this with me. :P

I dunno though, the changes take away what makes the Tuatha social-focused (like random race changing). Instead we end up with an elite socialite with an emphasis on background dots and bonus feats. The assets are rather all over the place unlike the Tuatha's Court assets. I only cobbled those together (with your help) just to meet the minimum amount of assets.

I believe that I'm contractual obligated to object to the depiction of my culture. The fact that it's perfectly accurate in a large number of cases has absolutely nothing to do with it, of course. Also, the fact that no contract I've ever had has specified anything to do with stereotypical depictions of various European cultures is beside the point.

Do I look like I give a damn if America, home of the brave and land of the free, isn't a European country? Replace your Stereotypcial Quirk with the following.

  • USA: You start the game with the Impulsive and Big Britches Hindrances, which do not grant you additional XP for taking or count towards your normal Hindrance limit. You also gain Fearless and the Academy asset for free. At Heart Grace 3, replace Free Health Care with a bonus to all attack and damage rolls equal to your Heart Grace.

It might be ancient, it might be recent. The only thing that matters is the impact it had. Select one of the following in place of the normal Stereotypical Quirk choices.

  • Byzantium: Ignore the first die explosion in each roll you make. You gain the protocol and research feats, and a specialty (bureaucracy) in politics and academic lore.
  • Greece: Add your Heart Grace as a static bonus to wealth strain rolls. Prosperity does not prevent Wealth from decreasing. Regain 1 glamour every time you successfully refute a social attack, plus 1 per two raises on the roll. Gain a specialty (mathematics) or (philosophy) to academic lore or (art) to crafts.
  • Prussia: You fail all attempts to use Poor-quality items. Items you use that are not Poor quality are treated as 1 quality step higher. You do not suffer Militarization's -1k0 penalty to rolls.
  • Rome: You must be aligned to the Blessed Pantheon or a god therein. Every time you gain insanity points, gain 1 more. You gain a specialty (formation) applicable to all skills.
