Emergency Response: When you or an adjacent ally suffers damage, you may change its damage type as a Reaction Action.

Double Dose: All drugs you administer have their positive and negative effects doubled.

Phantom Prosthetics: Bionics you install are treated as one quality level higher.

Remote Treatment: By spending a Reaction, you may operate on people up to half your Speed in meters.

Superior Chiurgeon: Once per scene, you may reroll a failed Medicae test that you have a specialty in.

Explication: For you, persuasion is a science. One that involves lots of straps and needles. As long as you have the proper tools and facilities, you may make Social Attacks using Medicae.

Improved Divine Ministration: Divine Ministration can be used as a Reaction Action and heals 1d10 Hit Points.

Instant Therapy: As a Reaction Action, you may make a Charisma+Medicae roll at TN 20. For every raise on the roll, you may remove a point of insanity that an ally suffered this round.

Ki Vector: As a Reaction Action, you may grant any creature you touch the effects of a drug you are using for 1d10 rounds.

Healing Touch: You gain a free Reaction that cannot be used to attack or defend.

Nice class track. What feats should I change/replace/remove on my Alchemist class so that these two don't overlap too much?

EDIT: The Alchemist is here.

Break Bad, Pharmacist, Master Pharmacist, Portable Lab, One Hundred Percent Purity are the ones that seem to intersect with this class. Not that it's bad to do so, but your Alchemist seems a but thematically busy anyway so it might be good to look at dropping those. The Chiurgeon is going for a strictly magic-free thing, whereas yours is much more of an sorcerous, Fullmetal type.

In that case, you might want to add some of those feats to the Chirurgeon. As it is now, the Chirurgeon is unable to produce his own medicine (read: drugs), so I'd add Break Bad to its feat list so it can do so.

Added some Alchemist feats. Is the multiclass synergy too much?

Not sure about multiclass synergy, but you could put an optional Mechadendrite Training in there somewhere as a reference to Fabulous Bile.

This thing's already bursting with feats as is. Bile obviously just took a level or two of Tech-Priest.

Do these guys need Healing? I intended them to be School-free scholars, but it's tempting...

Healing is tempting but it seems as though that would go against the theme of the class. Much like what you said about Mechadendrite use, they can dip a level in a class that has Healing if they want to have that spell school.
