Oh, I was actually expecting something about preventing them from using resolve, despite that being incredibly broken. Still pretty busted depending on how you define move. Only actions that have the Movement descriptor? |

Well, it isn't an action, just a modifier to all Social combat. The big problem I see with it is that you can grab it in the Duelist Classline and proceed to paralyze all your enemies with Social Combat. |

The action, and the duration, is you being in social combat with them. In light of the Duelist I've specified that you also have to not be in regular combat with them. So it's not THAT broken, because if the criminal really wants to end the line of questioning he can just pull a gun and run |
