Oh ho! One of my players was complaining that there was no Pilot class track in Dungeons: The Dragoning so perhaps I may be a bit biased but I like this. Can I suggest moving Ace Combateer to Dangerous instead of Deadly? Level 4 is pretty late to actually start using gun kata in general. Corkscrew Avoid is a pretty weak feat in general, since at most you're adding +6 static defense and in most cases more like +2 or +3. Perhaps 2x your Wisdom rather than flat wisdom? |

Switched Aerobatics and Ace Combateer. Does the new bit on Corkscrew Avoid make it more useful? |

Yes, I think so. Though perhaps a bit unfair to Paragons, that makes it significantly less useless. |

Well, this saves me the time of making an Ace Pilot class. I'd change the names from Mostly Harmless, Competent, Dangerous, Deadly, and Elite to Rookie, Pilot, Hot Shot, Ace Pilot, and Red Baron, but that's just me. Also, wouldn't the correct grammar on Ace Combateer be Ace Combatant? |

Ace Combat is a combat flight sim series that I've never played, while "Combateer" is a term used in The Dark Wheel, a novella set in the universe of Elite. The class names were taken from the Elite Rating system and I'd rather keep them, but if you want I can note those as alternatives. Also, updated Corkscrew Avoid, moved Aerobatics down to Competent, and added Shoot First. Edited by Yog-Sothoth, Apr 26 2016, 07:17 PM.
