If there are multiple clowns in the same car, is there no limit to how many can fit in it? Is that the idea or an oversight?
That is TOTALLY the idea. It's called Clown Car Physics for a reason, and that feat is one of the things that I took inspiration from the Disc to build (specifically, in this case, the Fool's Guild Diary, which states that carriagepooling, the Discworld equivalent of carpooling, is actively required of its clown members. I believe it was something like 8 clowns for a one-man carriage).

I think Clowns should have Intimidation in their Skill list. Clowns can be scary as hell.
I specifically tried to avoid things like Pennywise and the Joker when building the class. I wanted a more definitely funny-man style, rather than an evil clown style. If you really want an evil clown style, that will probably have fed into your choice of Exaltation, not just your choice of class.

Setting Suns should probably be removed from their Sword Schools. I don't know, I just don't think it works for this.
Setting Sun is in there because it fits the rather "accidental" style of combat I kinda want from the class. Most of the combat feats can be explained by going "it looks completely accidental that the clown is ripping our guys to shreds using a ladder and a bucket of whitewash, because the tripping, the dropping things and picking them up and the wildly telegraphed and extremely easy to dodge swings are all playing into a very sophisticated distraction-based style", rather than "this is a guy what is really good at can fightan stuffs".

The Pratfaller should probably get Peer (Circus) instead of Peer (Circus Performers). More broad that way.
Changing it.

The Stooge should have Throwing proficiency, not Thrown.
Changing that too.

I would make Basic weapon proficiency optional.
I'm pretty sure that most improvised weapons will fit into the Basic weapon proficiency. I mean, it's going to be some variation on "blunt object to hit things with" (aka I-variant Hand Weapon) or "sharp object to hit things with" (aka R-variant Wand Weapon). That said, what with the whole accidental theme...

The Bang-Sloshi feats are extraneous when you have Extracurricular Study. I don't think the Clown should get them at all, really, when they aren't really a martial class.

Isn't Perfected Routine like Weapon Specialization/Focus (Improvised)? You should probably use those instead.
The Clown is actually a surprisingly good martial class. It's just a martial class that's also a social class. Also, what Username said.

Pratfall should be reworded to "you can fall prone as a free action to gain a raise on your dodge test", or something like that.
I'll take a look at Pratfall's wording. That said, I wanted to make it be an active part of the dodge action, so that if you aren't dodging, you can do a pratfall but it's not going to help.

Clown Youkai. My goodness.

One issue I see with Setting Sun is that it is based off Brawling weapons, which I generally find as hard to use with improvised weapons. I could see someone slapping someone with a glove, or maybe sticking some forks between their fingers Wolverine style, I suppose? Clowns don't get Brawl as a class skill though.

I certainly see the flavor for it though, which is why I didn't comment beyond proposing an alternative. Deceive, Distraction Method, Fool's Strike, etc. All very much functional for a silly clownish martial artist.

Or Clown Wraith. Or Clown Daemonhost. Or Clown Deathking (although that might be better as a pure-social class, for something along the lines of undead ringmaster).
