New asset, and fixed the Sway 3 ability to be less useless

changed the name of the Sway 3 ability to "Discontinuity" to fit the theme better, and modified the cost of getting a background. You can now get up to a 5 dot background at Sway 5, for one session, but you gotta spend hero points and gain echoes for it.

In addition, I rearranged the assets to be alphabetical! yay!

edit: Also modified some syntax with the assets, specifically Echoes of the Warp (now based on your Sway score instead of a flat 10) and Dying Echoes, which now removes echoes BEFORE you regain hero points.
edit 2: also modified "Instant Karma" so that you'd WANT to use it. I don't want anything to just "Remove" echoes other than Dying Echoes. everything else should give them a use
edit 3: added another asset, "Tempting Fate", because I wanted some way for you to interact with enemies and gain bonuses with it

Performed final pass. Made sway 5 ability worth more because it's incredibly annoying for the party

Changelog 5/4/2017

I changed Wherewithal to be the Sway 1 power, moved Sway 2-4 down to Sway 1-3, added Non Sequitur Storyline, and changed the capstone to be less work for the SM.

I modified the feats to utilize Echoes more successfully, I feel, and encourage you to run around with 0 hero points, allowing echoes to become a true 2nd resource.

Edit: Consolidated Light in the Dark and Echoes in the Warp, because warp travel encounters aren't used "as often"

Thoughts?

Using hero points was an experiment, in a time when we were experimenting with alternate resource options. I've opted to split the resource away from Hero Points, and have updated several abilities accordingly.

Primary Changes:

  • The Kismet's resource is called Fate Points.
  • Both hero points AND fate points generate echoes, but echoes only affect the number of Fate points you begin with.
  • All (read as: most) of the abilities function off of Fate points now.
  • Fate points can be used to reroll tests, and Hero Points do not have a number-per-round limit.

Combined some assets, rearranged some of the wording and echo generation.

Please read this version CAREFULLY for any changes compared to the previous version.

I will be updating the fluff soon to have more emphasis on controlling your own fate, as opposed to being lucky.

I updated the name of the exalt, as well as the fluff (recommendations are welcomed) because I didn't like how "specific" the previous fluff was. I'll be adding a spoiler tag to go into paradoxes and how to deal with them, so watch out for that as well. I've also removed the Dabus asset, since that's just unnecessary work for an SM.

Edit: I also added the asset, Paradoxical Pocket, which replaced the Dabus, since I still think you should have a background choice for this exalt. I removed the ability to half the cost of hero points with an asset. Let me know your opinions.

Edit2: I forgot to put it here, but I clarified the wording of "subjected to" in Echoes of the Warp, to be any roll "You caused, or are affected by."
