I choose brother and sister! Mostly because I respect and (highly) fear them! 1. Which one is more mature? 2. Which one is more likely to kill me if I kept repeatedly poking him/her? Michiko. Everything :p |

Mature... That is up for srs debate. Brother is the more serious of the two, but he doesn't often relax, while Sister is more child-like but is also very calm and level headed. And Brother would be most likely to snap, Sister wouldn't mind. As for Michiko - She was born in the same village as Kazu, and the two grew up together. She contemplated Kazu's mostly Tai fighting style very well, with skill in Nin and Gen. Due to... Fractions between Kazu and his family, he struck out on his own, Michiko quickly following him and together the two inadvertenly founded a village. It didn't last too long - Black Dawn, their village, was burnt to the ground by a mob of bandits and low-level Shinobi, with Michiko fatally wounded. She died in Kazu's arms as the village crumbled. |

The Ghost of the Wasteland

The Fujiwara clans were one of those "From the Shadows" kind of clans. The majority of the clansmen stood hidden, behind the scenes in many a royal court, or Kage's circle. They liked to see themselves as the guardians of the world, guiding it from paths less virtuous. And maybe some of them were, but the majority of the clan were after power - plain and simple. Note, this was hundreds of years ago - now the Fujiwara clan consists of nothing more than a few families. Many of them over-exerted themselves, tried to change things they had no place to even know of, and paid the price. Kazu's family is the smallest family, consisting of only himself, his brother Ikazun, his mother and his father. Ikazun and his father are very much in the mind-set of the old Fujiwaras, that they are the guardians of the world, those who should guide it on it's path. Ikazun took this on a more... literal sense than intended, leading to Kazu abandoning his family to stop his brother. Across the world, there's a few Fujiwara families left - some more enamoured with what their ancestors did that others. Many of them have forgotten what they once were, and instead simply wish to live. There are very few shinobi in the Fujiwara clan - Kazu and Ikazun being the two most advanced and prolific of the entire clan - but those that do become ninja are normally always Jounin, or SWATBU, within a relatively short space of time. Though, there has been rumours that someone is targeting the fragments of the clan. Ninja randomly disappear, never heard from again. Now who could want the Fujiwara clan gone? |

Dangit Asta, stop spoiling everything! I mean, what no, there is no attempt by anyone in the current Fujiwara clan, not least Kazu, to try and influence hundreds of years of history for his own gain, no sir >_> |

DIDN'T FORGET ABOUT THIS. Ok so yeah, differences. It's basically in ability and demeanour. Royalzu (good name) is a more unrestrained fighter, but is high emtionally unstable - Things inprove after he becomes 'involved' with Arisa, but he still goes from extreme to extreme on the Emo-O-Meter. He believes himself to be powerful and in a way he is - as the Royal's youngest Sannin it shows ability. He's brought back to reality with a crash when he sees McSmashy go Kaiju. Any belief he had of understanding the world is shattered when he witnesses Asta's Kaiju form. Over time his confidence is chipped away, even as his abilities DO increase, with a lot of both attributed to Astaroth's training. After the destruction of the Royal, he is shattered, physically and mentally. With some coaxing (and shouting), Kazu joins Empyrean full time - though at a reduced rank of Special Jonin. After realizing he's no-where near the level of even Empyrean's weakest Sannin, Kazu dives headfirst into training. He gets into fights with his instructors, and spends more time than he would care to admit in prison (that Taijutsu instructer was ASKING for a boot to the face!). Kazu also begins to reflect on himself, as a suggestion from Astaroth. Spending more time with people he was beginning to call friends, and spending the same time meditating as he does training, Kazu obtains a new understanding of himself, and gains more emotional control. Training with Astaroth, Kazu's swordskills explode - he believed himself to be an expert swordsman, but now he was on the path of a Master. Within three months, Kazu had mutiplied his strength ten-fold, was a more stable person, and had regained his position of Sannin. Within a month of that, a 'Suicide Mission' cements Kazu as one of the premier Shinobi of the world, and the shinobi begin calling him 'The Demon of Empyrean'. |
