deoxys- looks fine idk it too much, maybe the 252 hp thing i said just so it can take a few more attacks. however doesnt really matter

infernape-looks fine, the special attacking factor evens out your team 4 physical 2 special, when physical are more common and it can stall break quite well

gyarados- looks fine expecially b/c its the one i use, however rest>sleeptalk unless your using it for the purpose of a status absorber, even then just make it a rest-talk one anyway and if you want to slow down one of their set up pokemon roar it rather than t-wave b/c a set up chomp wont get slowed down at all then b/c t-wave wont effect and then you'll roar it anyway, rest-talk has more advantages than t-wave

scizor-seems fine common swords dance scizor

gengar- looks good, a nice scarfer for revenge killing and a nice stall stopper

chomp- personally id recoment 252atk 252 speed jolly yache SD, w/ outrage fire fang and EQ its turned out extremely helpful in 5th gen on my sandstorm team, most of the time if the other pokes dont do the trick he helps out a lot, and you also already have a scarfer, then the 333 speed of max speed comp is fast enough to outspeed a lot, then yache helps out A LOT from ice sharding revenge killers

(i havent played 5th gen too much so a lot of this is semi based off of coverage and some 4th gen then my small experience in DW 5th gen using my DW sandstorm team will post more on your type coverage and pokemon weakness based off the knowledge i have)

problems-

the biggest problem i see which idk the hits on it, but a crocune or an offensive calm mind suicune could do a great deal of damage to your team. however it would be dealt with it would poke your team extremely well idk how much they are used in5th gen however, but even your gyarados would take a large chunk of hp from a +1/2 surf and would easily be OHKO'd by a hp electric
