I don't know why I still have Wilson listed at that grade. We both agreed onto ahead and switch it. Reds send Luis Sardinas, SS, Grade B- Royals send 2nd round MiLB I accept. He wanted an infielder prospect and liked sardinas. I realize there are B's left but there are also B- guys that are ranked higher. Edited by Red Sox GM, Apr 16 2014, 08:37 PM.

He's not ranked higher than anyone left. Luis Sardinas is ranked roughly around 135-155 depending on the list. Jimmy Nelson, RHP, Milwaukee, Grade B, (ranks 75-98) Eduardo Rodriguez, LHP, Baltimore Orioles, Grade B (ranks 51-74) Vince Velasquez, RHP, Houston Astros, Grade B (ranks 99-120) Jeimer Candelario, 3B, Chicago Cubs, Grade B (ranks 110-190) Luis Heredia, RHP, Pittsburgh Pirates, Grade B (ranks 108-175) Mitch Nay, 3B, Toronto Blue Jays, Grade B (ranks 101-118) Marcus Semien, 3B, Chicago White Sox, Grade B/B- (ranks 91-104) Brandon Workman, RHP, Boston Red Sox Grade B-/B (ranks 101-117) Lewis Thorpe, RHP, Minnesota Twins, Grade B- (ranks 110-145) All rank either right in front of him or before him a good deal. Don't sell yourself low on thinking that a guy is the best available without doing the proper research...and that's just a few guys with higher ranks, there are guys like Amed Rosario who will probably be a lot more valuable than him in the long run. But...I'm not here to tell you what's better just to inform you of other choices. I approve of this. 1-0 |

-side note. 2 different lists. Sardinas is #75 on MLB's top 100 but on the list Sox uses (I think baseball prospectus) he ranks differently. Edited by Astros GM, Apr 12 2014, 10:36 AM.

Wow. I am not with it this year. I traded him to Red Sox. He traded him to Astros. We will fix this again. |

mlb.com's list blows, and their international push is irritating because it ranks them more by salary and age so the bigger international names are kept out of the list. |
