and i don't mean by attack power. i mean by sheer pimpness and greatness. let's look at all the other main megaman characters. Megaman:he's a robot, i'd say he's too much of a wuss to love, but then again he has obliterated tons of robot masters. Still, the fact he's robot, and there only being "insert generic name here man" kinda kills his potential chance of love. Bass:Love for megaman, nuff said X:where to go with this, up until X5 i woulda said he was in love with Zero, but he's a just too much of a pansy. strong as crap...but too much of a pansy. Zero: he can't even remember what color his hair is. Vent and Aile: lol, throw away characters. Megaman.EXE:ok, i give it to him abit...he's got Roll.exe swooning over him. but the fact he's ludicrously ignorant to it kills it. Megaman Trigger: this megaman has balls, he has seen 3 girls naked, Roll Caskett twice over even. he has a personality, which is a good thing. he's got a pet monkey thing, another good thing. he's got a pirate swooning over him, and he freaking does his victory pose when he sees roll naked. and best part, he's stuck on Elysium with a loli and a loli in Roll's mom's body( a M.I.L.F if you will). AND he has 2 girls trying to currently get him down From Elysium. the dude is a pimp. |

Okay I decided to: One, move this thread to Megaman as I don't believe it belongs in the Rants section and two, I'm locking it until an administrator decides to affirm or undo my edict. |

I'm sorry...But what in the blue hell is the point of this topic? Scratch that- I'm not sorry. I'm not sorry for the autopsy I'm about to perform here.
Dude. He's, like, 12 in human years. The whole point of Rock is that he has childlike innocence. I can't really decipher that last sentance very well, but I think you were trying to say that there are only men-type robots roaming around in 20XX means he has no chance to love. Super. Fighting. Robot...MEGAMAN. Its not Super F**king Robot Megaman. You want a love story? Go watch that Naruto crap they shove down everyone's throats. I think that has some horrid excuse for a love triangle somewhere in that clusterfuck of a show. Me? I just want to play as a little blue robot that shoots other robots. Doesn't take very much to satisfy me in that regard.
...Jesus.
One of THOSE types, I see. Not wasting my time on this one.
Here's where the dissection really begins, kids. By "pimpness", I'm guessing you're trying to relate a character's potential for love. I'll leave the horrible term confusion alone for the time being and concentrate on this "love" issue. Zero wins. Hands down. He had the most meaningful emotional relationship in the X series with Iris, which haunted him even into games after X4. X never had such a relationship with anyone, even in his own series. With Rockman Zero, Zero had the most interesting relationship in ALL of the Rockman series put together. Everyone thought we'd eventually see Zero and Ciel hook up, yet it never happened. There was an intensity between the two that really betrayed either one's cool, and I was always expecting one of the Zero endings to end with some sort of romantic action between the two. And yet it never did. And it was great. Instead, you get the feeling that Zero and Ciel never had the chance to explore their relationship, being that there was, y'know, a goddamn war going on all the time. The ending for Zero 4 really crushed the chances for sucha relationship, and Ciel almost takes on the Zero-in-X4 position, having lost her potential love interest without ever really exploring that side of herself. You feel Ciel's lonliness, just as you felt Zero's in X4. Ciel just seemed to handle it better. So, Zero had two meaningful relationships that were cut tragically short before they could be completely explored. I have no doubt that Zero and Iris would have been in a relationship of some sort, had she lived. He would have been a completely different person by X5 and 6. I believe Ciel and Zero would eventually have blossomed into a relationship, had they the time to do so. Instead, the Neo Arcadian war forced their attention on action, and not romance. This makes both Ciel and Zero into two tragic characters by the end of Zero 4. The fact that this relationship was stretched out over 4 games is interesting in itself. There was no instant gratification for the throngs of idiots that demand it. My hat goes off for Inafune for actually making Zero an interesting character in his own series- I certainly didn't think he'd do so in 2002. In my opinion, barring his multiple deaths, Zero is the most tragic lead character in the Rockman games, having displayed the widest range of emotions and having felt dispair. He is the most emotionally complex, should anyone bother to look past his seemingly cookie cutter personality of "do the job and talk to no one".
They've been in how many games, now? Two? And of those two, they've starred in only one. These "throw away" characters have more potential for a love life than even Zero, or your "super pimp" Trigger. They're already more interesting than Trigger is, any way.
Just about the only thing I agree with in this mess. Rockman.Exe is very cardboard when it comes to personality. What can you expect from a computer program, though?
So, by your defination, a guy has "balls" if he sees a naked woman? Wow. How old are you, exactly? Nothing there realy exudes "pimp" to me. If its the whole naked woman issue, then that makes Vulcan the World's Biggest Pimp Ever. Trigger suffers from the oblivious-syndrome that EXE has with Tron, is seen as Roll's surrogate brother by me (meaning its like walking in on your sister during a shower. Sick.), and is marooned on Elysium with only 2 other beings. He may have a whopping four women involved in his life, but he's really just as oafish as Rock.Exe. Right now, as of Legends 2, his life kinda sucks. He might be tortured to death by this "Elder System" for all you know. Hardly a "pimp" kind of life. Looking over that, your definition of "pimp" requires a guy to see multiple women naked and have them swoon over you. Well, really, Trigger only has one woman swooning over him. And he's seen his sister naked. So, the "guy who can't remember what color his hair is" would appear to be a bigger "pimp" than this "ultimate of Mega'mans'". MegaMEN, by the way. Incidentally, I hate it when the term "pimp" is confused with "love" or potential capacity for love. Why not just use the term "man whore", instead? Its much more accurate in that regard.[/color] |

looking at my post again, i notice no actual spelling errors (even by spell check) just grammar and words being picked up like abit and woulda. your reply however. has words like despair and sentence spelled wrong. 5 actual words wrong counted in total. I'd like to be called on stupidity and grammar on this topic. but not by spelling and use of old slang like woulda. |

you worry too much, i don't usually nitpick. fact, i never nitpick unless it's clearly horrible. it's just the fact i don't like being HOSED again right after i admitted my mistake earlier. and i don't like the fact you called my spelling atrocious. it was generally a 50% hit/miss joke topic anyway. |

Now now, boys, let's all get along here. Mags, picking on his spelling/grammar/whatnot to the point of calling it atrocious leaves the realm of constructive criticism and ventures into antagonizing, and at this point you're purposefully instigating a fight, which I think is in pretty bad taste. It's pretty obvious he's gonna defend himself if provoked, it's human nature. But Luis, just word to the wise, cleaning up your threads a bit before posting is just the right thing to do. Whether a post is meant jokingly or not, good form is the only way you'll come off as intelligent and mature, instead of annoying and bratty, which is what most people usually equate with sloppy typing. Remember, your typing on forums is like how you speak in real life: if you ramble and slur your words in real life, people are gonna think you're an idiot, and same goes here. If you think that a joke is going to be "hit/miss", then maybe posting it is not such a good idea. If it doesn't seem funny, it's probably not going to be interpreted as such to most, and nothing's worse at fuelling forum flames than jokes that are misconstrued. For next time, read over your post bearing in mind any possible interpretations, and if it seems like it comes off more as inane or pointless (or offensive) than funny, then it's usually best to reword or delete it. Anyways, Luis has already admitted that he has made a mistake, let's not draw this out into a fighting match. Let's just make sure to avoid this kind of thing in the future, on both ends. |

Now this is the constructive criticism I like. As i said, it was a rather old post I made a long long time ago. So I can see where it would be rather crude at this point. Ahh well, thanks for that anyway. |

I myself need to beat Legends 2. Got to the end and just... stopped. Unfortunately I do not feel the same exact impact as Legends 1 had... personally I just find the game to be too short. |

odd that MML2 was so short, i got to the end without actualy noticing it untill i was in space. realy, i was fighting the boss after finding all keys, and then it hit me:" wait, this is the final level?" maybe i was catched off gaurd because the last adventure game i played before it was zelda: wind waker, only finding the keys in MML was short bacuse of finding 3 pearls, 3 upgrades for the mastersword and finding all the tiforce shards instead in the windwaker...not that i'm fully complaining, zelda was overdoing that one. |

the odd thing about that is i found WW to be a much more enjoyable expierence than Twilight Princess. I never Beat TP because it bored me to all hell. It didn't have the Zelda flair all the others had. |
