http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/afp/100712/worl...n_qaeda_attacks It seems like it should be a joke, but it's true and pretty bad news. Basically it's a how-to book for homegrown terrorists. It's kinda scary since, until now, their own incompetence has let us off the hook. That guy in Times Square, for instance, would have had a major success if he had chosen the right fertilizer. And there's more than enough disaffected people in NA to put thise kinda thing to use. Still, I can't help but wonder what the articles look like. One day this sort of thing will be in a museum. Like WW2 memorabilia. |

Lame. These losers are lightyears behind the American militia movement of the '90s.
I'm pretty sure I could make a better bomb than that in my sleep. Amatuers.[/color] |

Heck, I know an 8-year-old kid who could make a better bomb then that, assuming that the stories he tells me are true. |

Let me just check my hit points first..

Okay, boys and girls. I'll say this. NOT ALL MUSLIMS ARE TERRORISTS! In fact, it's a tiny portion. They're radicals. Think of the men and women who, during the Black Plague whipped themselves to 'appease god' or killed Jews 'in the name of God'. Think about the Christian-hostile countries where you get persecuted. Think about ancient Rome. Well, yes, I too could use my basic materials and knowledge of chemistry to perform such an act.. Why use bombs anyway? There are bomb squads for that. Besides that, the entire US is on high alert. |

I don't think anyone is saying all Muslims are terrorists. But there *are* disaffected people here who just might use this to spread their propoganda and know-how (even if Rich and Byron mock it). |

Then by all means, let them spread it. Especially if they continue their brilliant training, as exhibited by the recent failure to blow up Times Square, all because the retard they recruited picked the wrong fertilizer and couldn't design a reliable ignition system to save his meaningless life. I wish McVeigh had the same kind of brain fart back in '95. World's full of disaffected people. Shit, I'm one of them. I'm probably on some watchlist as we speak, but as an old former government-employed acqaintence of mine recently said, "there's so much information out there right now, and absolutely no way to process it all". That exposes the weakness in our intelligence network- The CIA and FBI may be able to collect more information than we can believe, but they simply cannot process all of it. That's the only way these dumbasses would ever be able to pull of a successful strike again; not because they're churning out ruthless operators via an advanced network, but because our guys simply missed some key piece of evidence since they were too busy trying to figure out what kind of porn Vulcan likes best. Oh, and if they also managed to get a few more planes filled with American cattle who are too afraid of a man in a dress and a box cutter. For fuck's sake, what an embarassment. At least one plane was filled with a few good men who weren't about to go down like that. I once had something that's probably far more dangerous than their little "e-mag". It's called the Anarchist Cookbook. If anybody here has ever glimpsed over it, then you know of some of the insane shit that it contains. I ended up tossing my copy when I got paranoid and decided that having it in my possession may not be such a great idea. Also, its not hard to find blueprints for bombs on the intranetz, and its not like these guys are worried about being spied on by the CIA. |

I know you're totally unconcerned, but I still think it's not very good. Not disastrous or anything. But still a help to these people. |

I think that we could turn Al-Quida's new E-mag to our own purposes; after all, the articles would give us a detailed look into the Terrorist Mindset and give us an idea of things we can look out for at airport bagage checks and whatnot. |

Kind of like how Saddam was supposedly watching CNN for intel during Operation Desert Storm. Didn't really work out too well for him. |

I lol'd, the only most honest worldly advice you can find is on the interwebz, and yet, so easy it is to be misled. |
