Also the power of the glove could be based off the amount of points put into your biotic skill.
This specifically would make it more fair, but considering that his Krogan is already the best race at short range, it could still be overpowered. Just a moderate amount of extra damage to shields/barriers would be balanced, but I would definitely argue against one-shots to protection. Seriously, think about what that would do to Salarians and Quarians, which are absolutely reliant on their shields.

Looking back on it, only being able to use it within melee range is a good balance to the destructive power this thing can do in the hands of a Krogan. I just hope that whoever you punch isn't a player's character.

Speaking of that, how do you plan to implement PvP? Most of the weapons and items here look like they could take down another player extremely quickly, so I assumed the descriptions and whatnot applied to NPC foes (Vorcha, security mechs, animals like Varren, whatever might be the case). Unless you intended for characters to go down quickly, but since there's a board for dead characters, I assume there is no respawning--It seems somewhat unfair to kill off characters that quickly in one fell swoop, anyhow.

Maybe set it so that weapons, tech powers, biotic powers, etc have significantly less effect on players? Not sure how else to do it, although I've not put much thought into it.

Yeah, I haven't even though about it until you mentioned it... not sure how that is going to work.
