What Dive-Man did was a bit of a dumb move--interrupting any argument is bound to get both of the arguer's anger directed at you. Heart-Man whirled around and faced Dive-Man, his Welding Fist glowing a dull orange. "This had better be important, Dive-Man, 'cause I'm in no mood for ridiculous notions..." |

"It is important if you care about Plug Man," he said sternly. "Could I see you outside, please?" He led him out a ways from the house. "I'm afraid Plug Man has been captured. He couldn't hold out against the attackers. He might be with Wily, or Coda, or someone else..." he trailed off. |

As Heart-Man walked outside, he found the cool, fresh air rather refreshing. Sighing deeply, he unclenched his Welding Fist and let it cool off. "So I'm guessing you want me to go find him and help him out? Sorry, but I'm no good at just guessing where people are. If you can locate him, I'd be happy to lend a hand, but as it is...I think I have higher priorities. Figuring out just what is wrong with Dust-Man, for example. "Thanks for keeping me in the loop, but I'm afraid there's not a lot I can do." |

"Well, fine. But it didn't look like you were working in there. In fact, you seemed pretty angry about something," Dive Man said, frowning. "As a matter of fact, we have a very good idea as to where he is. He's most likely in the outpost Wily set up on Mobius. He most likely took Wind Man and Bright Man too. And, well... Wily gets rather creative with his prisoners..." Dive Man said. "By the way, there's only one more city that has to be protected now. We're making it a chief priority to get down there and take any Wily bot possible down. That means you better get moving- Wily's attack is imminent." He then muttered: "I swear, when I get my hands on Skull Man, I'll wring his puny little neck..." |

Vestra closed her eyes. Vestra: Tiamat... Leave me, right now. Tiamat: But- Vestra: Leave! Tiamat ran upstairs, as Vestra went outside. |

"Well, you'd be right. It's that obnoxious fox engineer--she's making all sorts of modifications to Dust-Man, and I'm just trying to tell her that's not morally right...she's as rock-headed as Guts-Man, she won't listen to anything I say." Heart-Man pulled up his map of Mobius and started looking around. "Um, mind telling me where the outpost is? I might have a chance of getting him out of there in safety..." And at that last sentence, Heart-Man took on a very worried expression. Skull-Man was unique because of their catch-all shield, and if they were a bad guy, everyone was in serious trouble. "Did...did you say Skull-Man?" |

Vestra: It's not polite to walk out in the middle of a conversation. There was an aura of rage around her. She was extremely close to going beserk, which would be BAD. |

Ugh. It was that voice again. The engineer--who he didn't know had tried to kill him before--had followed him. Heart-Man spun around, heating up his Welding Fist again. He was close to engaging in combat with her, too. "Look, you hate dealing with me, I hate dealing with you. I'm about to be nice enough to go elsewhere so you don't have to deal with me. The least you could do is stop your pointless whining." |

Vestra laughed. Vestra: You actually want to FIGHT me? How rich! My arm has quite a few weapons. Not only that, my left arm can lift half a ton, and my right can lift 20 times that. Easy. Don't. Mess. With. Me. Oh, and I don't whine, I point out what's obvious. |

"With the little bit I managed to pick up, your 'obvious' statements sounded quite a bit like whining to me. And considering your stocked arrangement," Dive Man continued, his voice rising, "we wouldn't even have to be here for you, it seems. According to you you can protect this whole world by yourself- oh, wait, you can't, because every single city in this world got the shit bombed out by it while you're messing around with a human being! We are protecting this world because we want to, but now it's obvious we don't have to." |

Vestra snapped. She was about to punch Dive Man with a force roughly equal to a freight train going full speed when she suddenly relaxed and fell unconsious, a dart in her neck. Sarah was behind her, holding a dart gun. Sarah: Whew, that was too close. For future reference, don't piss her off. She's dismembered someone with her bare hands before, so, well, yeah. |

"Well, that's another one of the many flaws with this overbearing engineer- anger management. Come on, Heart Man. Let's see if we can fix Dust Man back to his original state." He walked over to Dust Man's body, carefully taking out the components. That's when he noticed one odd line of code, very out of place. "Hmm... I believe this is what was causing him to not turn on." He quickly deleted it. Soon, he had put back the original parts to Dust Man, and added some oil as well. As he was shut on, he slowly opened his eyes and groaned. |

"Woah, I guess I owe you one. Good shot...um, name?" It dawned on Heart-Man that he didn't actually know any of these odd fox's names. "And I'll stop aggravating her when she stops aggravating me," he muttered under his breath. Heart-Man turned back to Dive-Man. "So, how 'bout that Outpost? I'd like to get out of here before that fiery she-devil wakes up." |

Sarah: It's Sarah. And she literally can't help herself. She has a mindset to always make things the best they possibly can, explaining why she gave that robot all those upgrades. Also, her brain has a flaw, in which it cannot process anger properly. She then looked a bit irked. Sarah: She is simply doing all she possibly can. You'd go a bit crazy too if your world was under attack, and there wasn't anything you can do about it. |

"Can't do anything? From the sound of it, she can and is trying to do everything--just not in the most helpful way possible. And stress? It comes with the job! Our world gets attacked on an annual basis, but when it does, we can send them packing real quickly." It was then that he noticed Dust-Man was no longer unconscious. He could only gape at Dive-Man in confusion. "I...how did you know that?" |

Sarah: If you "send 'em packing" real quick, then explain how these guys are killing so many innocents. From our standpoint, you haven't done a thing. Vestra, on the other hand, is fully capable of coming up with solutions. It would be best if you start involving her before she uses it. |

"I'm sorry, m'am. But trying to run a robot army against another and always being on the losing side can make you a bit crazy, too," Dive Man replied curtly. "By the way, we're trying desperately to take the evil ones out, and her trying to tell us what to do- it doesn't work that way. The last thing I need is another fight with you- I'll be heading over to the last city." "I believe the outpost you're looking for is in the northeast direction from here. Remember to take all of them out, please. You want to take anyone with you?" --- Unbeknown to Dive Man, he had just helped the villians along with taking down their biggest threat. Ground Man had just finished tunneling under the city, and came up right under the power plant. The five other 8 1/2 Rebellion bots accompanied him. "Take out the shields, Dynamo. Soon as that's done, make sure this place goes out with a bang." Dynamo Man complied with a silent nod. He walked in silently. Ten minutes later, he came out. "This place is set to blow in three minutes." "Let's move." The 6 robots left through the hole they came in, all smirking as the power plant was going to blow. Vestra awoke, a silent alarm going to her robotic eye. Vestra: ...They infiltrated the- Ah, so this is the way it is, eh? So be it! She sent the signal to the device at the power plant. Suddenly, her own bomb went off, and the power plant disintegrated- but only the power plant, no area around it. She always had a backup plan. She then quickly activated the program that hacked into the power grid, and set her own house as the power plant. Her generator was more than powerful enough to handle the city. She smirked. |

"And that, my friend, would be the problem. This "Vestra" views us as no more than expendable trinkets with no thoughts or feelings. Do you know how much I'd be missed if I just died here?" Heart-Man could say that with little confidence, however, as he knew that only his fellow warriors in the Hacker's Rebellion cared for him. "And, for the record, the most we've had to deal with is eight. Dr. Wily has never brought back this many robots at once, and that's why we're having trouble. Even then, we always had our star fighter, Mega Man, take care of them--but Light insists on holding him back, in case Wily attempts to attack through our world." |
