Meep. Burst-Man wasn't as dumb as he had thought, and as if that wasn't bad enough, Gravity-Man had stepped forward to join him. Gravity-Man was in the Fifth Wily Rebellion, and he attacked with a plasma pistol (Not dissimilar to the one Heart-Man had) and by warping gravity around him. Heart-Man didn't like where this was going at all. With Gravity's power to flat-out turn gravity upside down and with Burst-Man's power to shoot mines that floated upward (Forgetting that the chemicals probably wouldn't hurt him), he could soon be brought down. From the looks of it, the Robots weren't going to let him go easily. So he had two choices. Attempt to flee by himself (And likely fail because of the old platforms), or stand and fight. "So you want to send me to that old coot Wily, eh...?" Heart-Man flipped open his weaponry panels, wondering what he was going to use. "That man's inferior to me and my builder! You and I both know that everything about his Rebellion was better than yours. His plan was superior, his own creations were superior...and, hey, you guys aren't looking half as healthy as I am." Heart-Man made his decision, starting off with a circular saw on his left arm and a basic shooter on his right. "In fact...I think it's high time you Robots got a little check-up!" He dashed straight at Burst-Man--a risky, dumb move that would either be highly effective or do nothing--beginning his first battle for good. |

Meanwhile... Vestra watched what was going on in the Chemical Plant Zone through a camera that was currently transfering data into her robotic eye. Vestra: ...Hmm... Perfect. Perfect time to test it out... All around the robots, turrents popped up, some miniguns, some rocket launchers. They all pointed at the robots. |

"WHOA! HOLD IT!" Burst Man shouted, grabbing both robots and jumping up to his last location. The security system lighted up, all missing the original targets. "Crap... We didn't look into that, apparently..." Gravity Man then whispered into Heart Man's ear: "Considering this isn't looking very great for all three of us, perhaps we should team up for a time?" |

(Technically, you're not allowed to say the turrents missed, or even that they fired at all. I put them there, thus I control them. You have no control over their actions or their accuracy whatsoever.) Vestra: As I thought. Eh, I never liked that place anyway. She pressed one more button, causing charges placed throughout the area to start going off, and thus collapsing the area. The destruction slowly headed towards the robots. |

Heart-Man was finding more and more guns being pointed at him by the second. This certainly was not a good way to start his trek through this unknown world. He wanted to find civilization, and fast. He heard rattling. Great, another gun. Except it wasn't a gun. Without any real choice, Heart-Man let himself go limp, letting Gravity-Man carry him away from the destruction. If he pulled much harder, he risked damaging Heart-Man's circular saw--not that he probably cared. |

Luckily Dr.Light finally agreed to send ProtoMan to Mobius. He landed into civilization. (A few humans here and there....and walking and talking animals!?) (This world is very strange.......) ----------------------------- Ballade looked through the altar. (Nothing seems to be here...but how can I get across the ocean on to land?) OOC: Without the Master Emerald, Angel Island falls down into the ocean. So it's been a regular island for 20 years. Interesting.... |

(No, the emerald's on the island, it's just way too well guarded for anyone to steal it. It's been moved from the altar to a safe location.) |

(I thought the Master Emerald had to be in the Hidden Palace to keep the Island afloat, but perhaps I'm wrong about that.) As Heart-Man was being dragged along to what would hopefully be safety, he pondered why the Wily-bots had decided to give him a hand. It was clear that he wasn't really helping them escape, and he would've at least made them run by themselves had there been a little role-reversal. Perhaps they had more respect for the Hacker's Rebellion than he thought? Hmm... |

(Since nothing is happening there for now, > Be the other guy) MEANWHILE, IN SOMEWHERE ELSE... All was quiet at the highest point on Angel Island. A lone figure, resembling a hedgehog, sat alone, pondering. He had never felt worse in all his life. It had been 20 years to the day when The Fat Man fell for the last time. The Blue One had seemingly disappeared, along with all his friends. Where they went, the pondering figure had no clue. The Emeralds had been put away for safety--objects that the figure was interested in, but never got the chance to find or touch even one. With no villain to fight, rival to strive against, or object to search for, all had been boring for this figure. He had practically become frozen in time--for he believed his sad story had ended. A light purple quill fell in front of his eyes. He brushed it out of the way in irritation. Shorde Ariame sighed in irritation. The world's greatest swordsman didn't deserve to be bored, especially for a full twenty years. If he didn't get something to do soon, he was probably going to deteriorate into a psycho killer or something grimdark like that. From his mountain-like peak over Angel Island, he looked down at the Emerald Shrine--long ago, the Master Emerald and Knuckles the Echidna could be found there--to see if anything at all was happening there. Of course, he didn't expect to see anything. |

"Window, 3 o'clock, Gravity!" Burst Man shouted as the explosions continued. Pulling off a Reznov jump, they safely made it outside. "Who put those explosives in there?" Gravity Man asked in anger. He was looking rather worse for wear. "I'm not sure... What about this guy?" Burst Man jerked his thumb torward Heart Man. "Leave," Gravity Man sighed. "We can't take you in now. Just go... Unless you want to help us find out who bombed the plant..." |

Heart-Man slowly stood up, jarred from the sudden motion. Sure enough, the maneuver had damaged his Circle Saw--not that he'd rather have a good Circle Saw than his life, but it certainly couldn't be used as a weapon now. He switched his weapons back to arms, seeing that he wouldn't need them. "Well...thanks, I guess." Heart-Man murmured. He knew how to work with villains, considering he once was one. They were being generous, and he should appreciate that--but he also needed to remind them that he was the hero here, and that he wasn't scared of them (Even though he was). Heart-Man faced Gravity-Man and Burst-Man directly. He spoke loudly and clearly: "I really didn't think you guys would be the type to pull a random act of kindness, but I suppose I owe you a formal 'thank you.' As you have given me a chance to live, I will give you the same--it's only fair, after all. I will formally postpone your physical examination for now, but next time we meet..." Heart-Man flicked his right arm, briefly showing his Regen Cannon. "...No. Mercy." With that, Heart-Man dashed away, in a direction that he could only hope would lead him to a city. He needed to find some allies, and possibly get his Circle Saw fixed. |

Sarah was still driving home. By that point, Chemical Plant Zone was more or less gone. Vestra smiled, and continued on her way, with Sebek following. |

Heart-Man ran on, looking for a city. He was sure that if he kept going in the same direction long enough, he was bound to find something, so he kept moving, continuing to look ahead. --- Shorde squinted, confused by what he saw. He expected nothing, and he certainly wasn't ready for the something he saw. He thought he saw a figure looking over the old Emerald Shrine--but he couldn't be sure. Needless to say, he couldn't understand how someone had even gotten here, let alone why they'd try to look for the Emeralds--and he wanted to know. Shorde tightened the empty sheath around his body, making sure it wouldn't fall off when he did what he was about to do. Carefully setting one foot on the steep incline that led to the foot of the mountainous area Shorde had spent about three years at, he crouched down and rolled into a ball. He sped down the mountain like a pinball, heading straight for the Emerald Shrine. |

"Where the hell did he go?" Dive Man shouted in desperation. "Now how will we fi-" "Dive Man!" Plug Man shouted. "We got a friendly approaching." "Hmm..." He saw a robot running east, with a damaged... something in his hand. "Hey, you! Have you seen a star-shaped bot running around?" To reassure the bot, Plug Man shouted, following Dive Man's adress: "Don't worry! We're allies! We're friends of Dr. Light!" |

(For the record, Heart-Man switched out his Circle Saw; they shouldn't be able to see it.) Heart-Man heard a voice. He looked left. He noticed a city. Gee, how did he miss that before? Heart-Man walked towards Dive-Man and Plug-Man, relieved to see someone who was on his side. As he approached them, he calmly bowed. "Greetings, fellow allies. I am Heart-Man, and I am sure that you have heard of me. However, how you know me isn't important right now. I come offering repairs and assistance in stopping the Wily threat, but..." Heart-Man switched his left arm back to his damaged Circle Saw. "I'm a little in need of repairs myself. I got into a bit of a confused tangle with Burst and Gravity on the way here..." he explained shyly, a little ashamed of being damaged so easily. |

"Hmm... Right, the surgeon person..." Plug Man said. "Here, I'll fix up that arm for you." Meanwhile, Dive Man was aghast. "You're telling us that you got in a fight with one of the main ringleaders of this operation?" |

Vestra and Sebek walked back home. Vestra: So, I imagine you want to go riding off for a while again? Sebek nodded. Vestra: Alright, have fun, be back before 6. Vestra walked inside to work on a project as Sebek got on his motorcycle and took off. By pure chance, he ended up crossing paths with Plug Man and Dive Man. |

"That'd be great, Plug-Man. If you fix that up, not only can I use it for combat, it'll make future repairs a lot easier." With that, he turned back to Dive-Man. "Now, what are you talking about? I know Gravity and Burst were a deadly combination, but I had no idea one of them was administrating the thing. Come to think of it, what are they even doing here? Nobody at the hospital knew any of the details, and if they did, they wouldn't tell me. "Anyway, yeah, I saw them at this old, weird factory place. Minutes after I got there, though, a whole bunch of charges went off, blowing the whole place to smithereens and nearly killing all of us. Oh, and you asked about Star-Man? Can't say I've seen him, but he's really fast..." Heart-Man was fully focused on his conversation, and didn't even notice an odd fellow approaching their group...
