Watt Man crashed into the building with his brothers, and the 2nd Rebellion Bots blocked the exit. "All right, on the count of three, we pounce them. One... Two..." "Lights Out!" Watt Man shouted, and the lights turned dark as the enemies attacked them. Grunting and punching was heard, and then the lights flashed back on. The 2nd Rebellion Bots' eyes adjusted to the sudden flash of light, and they were blinded for a few seconds. The LAS bots took advantage of this, and made quick work of them. "There, done. Now you'll be taken prisoner by the Light Forces. Let's get these guys in cuffs." --- "GERONIMO!!!" Neptune shouted as he made another leap from a tall ledge. The Stardroids were making good ground, covering nearly three-fourths of a mile in just about an hour. They had seen old, rusted robot parts that were unfamiliar to them. It seemed as though some older robots had fought against someone here, and lost. Neptune dove into a clear pool, where Venus was washing himself. "Ahh, this water is so fresh and clean! This is a great place to wash," he said to himself. "Come on, laddie, we don't 'ave the time for this! We go'ta find the Chaos Emerald down 'ere!" Neptune said in response. "Oh, fine. We've been running for a long time, Neptune. Perhaps this would be a good place to stop for a bit." "Nonsense. We both 'ave nuclear cores, ya know. We could keep goin' for a long time. Ye just want to stay 'ere for this pool, don't ye?" "Well, no, it's just our oil is running a bit low. Let's face it, the small amounts we're getting from these robot parts is not enough. We better stop and rest so our oil can keep going." "Oh, fine, ye landlubber. Let's stay 'ere for a while." The two powered down, and waited for a few hours to pass. |

Meanwhile... Lantern Man went through the dark, abandoned building, the only source of light coming from the lantern where his left hand should be. His right hand had small openings on the face of it, in order to generate the Spot Flame. He came across another Robot Master, Oil Man, who quickly awoke. Oil Man: Who goes there?! Who are you?! Lantern Man: I? I am Lantern Man. Oil: ...Lantern? Pfft, ahaha! What'cha gonna to, shed light on me? Lantern: If you wish. In his right hand formed a Spot Flame, which he tossed at Oil Man. Oil: Aha! Ya missed! Lantern: Did I? The Spot Flame arced around, and hit Oil Man in the back, where it began to sear into his body while Oil Man screamed in pain. Soon, the oil in his body caught fire, and he ran around frantically, trying to put out the fire, to no avail. The Spot Flame continued searing through Oil Man's body, before he collapsed, a hollow, charred corpse. The Spot Flame burnt out. Lantern: It is not wise to mock others, or underestimate their abilities. With that, Lantern Man continued on, finding a good room to rest in. He turned off the flame in his lantern, and powered down for the night. |

(Waht) (MMPU Oil-Man is back at home guarding Light's base, and MM3PC Oil-Man should be with everyone else.) Blackout-Man was rather alarmed to see the lights flash off when they hadn't been interfered with by him. He suddenly heard the sounds of fighting beneath him, and this made him crouch down by instinct. When the lights came back on, he turned down the power on his own lights, causing them to dim. He laughed a creepy laugh that echoed throughout the building: "Hee-hee-hee..." Then, with one swift move, he punched the floor and fell to where the LAS was. Loading his buster quickly, ready to belt off shots at the first thing he saw, Blackout-Man landed. "Alright, put your hands in the--wait, you guys aren't bad guys!" |

StarDroids!? No way....ProtoMan thought. "Shorde if you see a StarDroid named SunStar, you NEED to run away, he is a god of destruction, and no living thing except my brother can beat him. He nearly destroyed my entire world once." |

"No, we aren't. We just defeated the bad guys. Didn't you hear us fighting from up there?!" Watt Man asked irratibly. "Whatever. Watt Man, come on, we're escorting these guys back to base," Gust Man said. "Oh, fine... Come along if you want, unless you'd rather stay on patrol." They gathered the eight together and led them out the building. --- "Ugh... Venus, get up, laddie. We gotta get goin' again," Neptune said. "All right. Maybe I should wash for just a bi-" "No, you blubberin' fool! Let's go! We've wasted enough time already." "Fine..." Venus grumbled. They started their trek once again. |

"Of course I heard you fighting! As a matter of fact, I managed to track you because I heard your footsteps about three blocks away! I suppose you could say that during the night, I hear everything...heh heh. Anyways, I'll go on patrol a little later... for now, I'd better get you back to everyone else. The end is nigh, and not for us--Mega Man has come out to join us! Oh, and Quint, too, but I don't think that's nearly as important." Blackout-Man suddenly interrupted his own monologue when he saw who the New Light Series had quote-unquote "defeated." "Well, well, if it ain't the Second Rebellion!" He shouted suddenly, drumming his fingers on Flash-Man's glass head. If Blackout-Man had to pick a favorite of all the despicable Wily Robots there were, he would probably say Flash-Man--being the first Robot Master to completely stop Mega Man in his tracks, he supposed he owed his talent to him. "Brother Heart-Man fixes all of you--some of you from death--and this is the thanks he gets? You guys are real nice," he said wile rolling his eyes. "Well, enough lollygagging around, it's time we meet up with the others. We're relocating." |

Flash Man took the drumming of fingers with no emotion that was perceptible. "Punishment for betrayal is fierce, you dolt," he said icily. "Yet it doesn't stop people from doing it, which will only result in unfathomable amounts of pain... or worse." "You don't know Wily enough in the punishment he gives his Robots for failure..." Bubble Man muttered quietly. "We're soldiers driven by fear, not by Wily's charismatic charm and genius- he's a brilliant man, but he's too corrupt to ever move up in society." "We're sorry, guys, we hate this war as much as you do, but whatever Wily wants, we're told to carry out..." Quick Man said. "We never like fighting Mega Man, we don't like fighting you... We don't like this at all. But Wily will butcher us if we don't carry out his plans." "Which is why we must do this," Flash Man said. He activated the Time Stopper, and Crash Man fired a small Crash Bomb, which blew up the cuffs. They unhooked everyone, and fled the scene just as the effects wore off. The LAS series was quick on their feet, and ran torward them in a rush. "Get back here, you prisoners!" Watt Man shouted as they left the building. |

Blackout-Man took their response in silence. Sure, he knew all about the punishment--but he had heard that song and dance far too many times before. To think that not even Quick-Man would try and make a break for it was downright ridiculous, and even then, he was certain that in their situation, he would sooner die than be a slave to the morally wrong cause. At least, he thought he was certain about that. As they turned and fled--something Blackout-Man had expected to begin with--he muttered to himself. "Man, this war is a war of words, not a war of guns. Every time we try to shoot you, you make us feel bad with the same damn excuse, then turn tail and run back to Wily...again. I wonder why I still take mercy on you...I sure wish there was someone I could just go berserk on." Not caring if the New Light Robots followed him or not, Blackout-Man listened carefully, then quickly dashed off to rejoin the group. |

The 2nd Rebellion bots looked back, and saw the LAS robots coming at them. Flash Man fired a few shots at Lift Man. When they hit, he grunted and bellowed out, "You'll pay for that, scumbag!" He extended the shovel bucket on his crane forward. He picked Flash Man up, and a scream emitted from his mouth as he was crushed clean in half. He was an oily mess, covered with sparking wires. Lift Man came up to him, and swung his foot down on his head, causing it to become crushed and distorted. Quick Man, furious with the loss of his brother, charged at them, only to be hit head on with a Signal Boomerang. Signal Man came up to him, and stabbed him through the chest. As he stumbled backwards, he sliced his head clean off. Heat Man heat-tackled forward, trying to catch Signal Man off guard, but he was knocked of course by a strong gust of wind. Gust Man flung him into a building, which caved in on him and crushed him. Air Man tried to use an Air Wall to attack Sleet Man. He brought the area around him to 10 below zero, which freezed Air Man's fan. The tornadoes fell to the ground, frozen solid. Sleet Man picked two up, launching one at his face and the other into his fan. He then brought the temperature back up. Air Man's fan clogged, sputtered fumes, then exploded inside of himself, fling parts of his body everywhere. Bubble Man was fighting Beaker Man. He fired two of Bubble Leads, and tried to tackle him. He succeedded, but at a high price. Beaker Man melted his oxygen tanks, which in turn melted through the metal which protected his vital systems. Bubble Man twitch, bended abnormally backward, then fell to the floor, sparks flying out his back. Hose Man was facing off against Metal Man. It was difficult to get close due to the blades, but Hose Man gracefully dodged all of them. He shoved his hose through Metal Man's face protector and into his mouth, and pumped water through it. Metal Man's body filled with water, and in not much time he drowned. Unsatisfied by this, Hose Man aimed the hose to his mental processor, and turned the pressure up. It cracked, then shattered. He pulled out his hose, and Metal Man's shell fell limp and thudded to the ground, leaking water everywhere. Shuttle Man was facing Wood Man. Wood Man put up his Leaf Shield in an attempt to protect himself. Shuttle Man laughed, then jumped and used his booster rockets to burn through the shield. Wood Man quickly caught aflame, and burned to a crisp. A black-charred body was all that was left as he sagged to the ground. Crash Man was afraid and started to dash off, but Watt Man got in front of him and blinded him. Crash Man stumbled and fell. Watt Man picked him up, and saying quietly, "Good night," raised his buster, firing a Thunder Crawler directly into his eyes. Crash Man screamed as his eyes burst open, and the Thunder Crawler reached his mental processor and overcharged it. He fell to the ground with a thud. "There. That takes care of these guys for a while," Watt Man muttered silently. "Come on, guys, gather up the pieces." (Perhaps I was a tad too detailed.) Edited by Magnet Dood, Feb 2 2012, 09:35 AM.

(Not really. The details sort of help, actually--that's no quick fix...) It didn't take long for Blackout-Man to relocate the group, and an even shorter amount of time to meet up with them. Quickly finding his spot in the march, he took his box back from Poison-Man. Pyro-Man, currently being naturally curious, moved over to him. "Brother, what did you find?" "Oh, nothing. It was just the New Light Series capturing some Robots, but they escaped. I'm sure they'll be with us shortly." |

The Robot Masters started to gather the crushed and broken bodies of the dead 2nd Rebellion before them. Gust Man was picking Heat Man, when he started to move. The stone obviously didn't do much against his armor. As Heat Man staggered to his feet, Lift Man quickly came over, and casually snapped his neck. He fell immediately afterwards. "Don't worry, buddy, Wily can't get you now," Lift Man whispered to him. As the last of the pieces were gathered up, Watt Man turned on the wrist communicator, setting it to Dive Man's frequency. "2nd Rebellion has been taken for imprisonment. Some recieved varying wounds... some might not return to comission at all." --- Dive Man nearly jumped when he heard the news. He stopped and shouted at the communicator: "Are you insane?! What the hell did you do with them?" "Well, Air Man blew up-" "Not now!" he said in a much quieter voice. "Tell me when you get back to base. Understand?" "Yes, sir." The communicator was promptly shut off. Dive Man wiped his brow, frowned, then walked much slower than before. It was clear he was very angry now- hopefully nothing would blow his temper. (Just realized I forgot Hose Man vs. Metal Man. Derp.) Edited by Magnet Dood, Feb 2 2012, 09:38 AM.

Upon hearing Dive-Man shouting at his communicator, Blackout-Man cracked a rather disturbing grin. "Eh-heh-heh! Sounds like they got them!" "Who, brother?" Pyro-Man echoed as the other Coda Robots crowded around him. "I just told you, hothead," he said in a more quiet voice, "The New Light Series was after the Second Rebellion. From the sound of it, they got 'em...but it wasn't pretty." |

Dive Man looked sharply over at Blackout Man and Pyro Man, and whispered angrily, "No, it wasn't. A few of them probably won't see the light of day ever again." "Who?" Mega Man was staring over at Dive Man. "Uh... I'll tell you later, all right? In private. Unless they happen to come along with them..." --- Watt Man had located the group soon, but decided it wouldn't be a good idea to melt into the center with the dead bodies of former friends. As soon as the march passed, Watt Man and his brothers quietly took to the rear, and trudged behind most of the group. --- Dive Man saw this, and deliberately slowed his pace more. Eventually he reached the back. "Status?" he whispered. "Bubble Man's probably not coming back again here," Watt Man said quietly. "Flash Man is questionable... It's possible we can still salvage him. Half of them lost their memory." "We can get that back at the memory databases..." he muttered. "Stay back here, and don't be seen." He dashed back up. |

As he had done all too often, Heart-Man met Dive-Man's glare. "I told you he got all wily at night. You'll have to excuse his behavior; there are more important things right now than his table manners." He then looked back at the people in question, and whistled lowly. "My! I'm not sure how I could repair those, even with my top gear! At that point, I'd throw in the towel and rebuild them from scratch." By now, the dead Second Rebellion was getting more attention than they had wanted--and if she were paying any attention, Roll would have noticed too. However, she was rather strained from holding up Skull-Man, and subsequently dropped her arms to her sides again and made her way to the back of the group. As she neared the New Light Series, she sniffed at the air suddenly. "Do you smell something burning?" she asked suddenly, oblivious to the charred "corpse" of Wood-Man nearby her. When she received no response, she set out finding the source of the smell herself. Needless to say, Roll was horrified by what they saw--the entire Second Rebellion had been murdered. Brutally. "I know I'm not supposed to argue with my authority figures, but..." Roll paused for a moment, wondering how to phrase what she was to say. "What gave you the right to kill them--let alone, this brutally? Wh...why did you have to...?!" |

Watt Man heaved Crash Man over to his other shoulder. "We were caught in a combat position in which it would be impossible to not damage them this way," he said calmly. What a flat-out lie, he thought to himself. I knew Crash was running... Of course, he wasn't going to say that aloud. "Don't worry, we'll be able to get most of them onto their feet." He then quickly added, "Er, all. I meant to say all." He shrunk back, leaving Shuttle Man in front carrying what was apparently burning. "Oh, hi, Roll! Nice to see you again. You seem distraught- what's on your mind?" He was trying ever so carefully not to be caught in the position Watt Man was in. |

Roll couldn't tell that Watt-Man was lying, but the Coda Robots certainly could tell. As their group became tighter, they began speaking privately: "I'm not sure if she knows, but it's pretty obvious to me that that's not what went down," Fog-Woman stated flatly. "Agreed," said Heart-Man with a nod. "We should be prepared; given her tone, this might push her over the edge." Roll shot a cold glare at Watt-Man, but left him alone for now. She couldn't be completely furious with him; if what he said was true, then they had more than enough reason. After all, it seemed likely to her that she may kill simply because she couldn't discern a line between killing someone and leaving them alone. "Why so nervous, Shuttle-Man?" she said mockingly as she saw what she believed to be him approaching her. "You all seem really unhappy about having to meet your youngest sister. There's a lot on my mind, but I'm more interested in what's in that head of yours." As she spoke, Roll crossed her arms--a typical sign that she was upset. |

"What? Why, there's not much on my mind, just bringing this guy back to the base," he said, tapping Wood Man's back. "He and his brothers put up quite a fight, but we took care of them." When Roll still didn't move, Shuttle Man began to become unnerved. "What? Why are you looking at me like this? Nothing is wrong, I'm telling you, nothing!" He kept up his positive attitude, but he was clearly nervous of blurting everything out. He darted his eyes to both sides, and began to shake. "It's just that this guy is so heavy, y'know? He's... he's a big log..." He felt it, he felt the words about to come out of his mouth. And before Watt Man could catch him, everything spilled out. "All right, all right! We captured them before hand without much trouble, but they broke out of our confiscation, and Flash Man shot at Lift Man and Lift Man got angry and broke him in half and Quick Man charged at us and Signal Man sliced his head off and then hell broke loose!" He told every single detail he could remember, in his speedy voice, while the other seven kept getting visibly nervous. Shuttle Man, unfortunately, had an incredible memory for details. When he finished, Shuttle Man fell to his knees, sobbing, Wood Man still in his arms. |
