"I believe I do. Quint was with me and Dive Man discussing battle plans before- and these attacks are fresh. That leaves only one culprit." "But that's impossible! The rust-" Ring Man began. "Given the reaction produced by the attack of fire and ice, I have a feeling that quite a bit of oxygen was produced. Not to mention the fact that plenty of oxygen is required for a fire attack this large... and I have a feeling it was Atomic Fire, regarding the sheer range." He carefully regarded the photographs. "I wonder what pushed him over the edge like that... This is very much unlike him." Mega Water S sat silent through the deductive process, but at that moment, he cleared his throat. "I can answer that rather easily- it's his sister. He's starting to think he'll be passed up. While I don't know how her training is going, I'm conflicted on my stance." Bright Man mumbled silently, "Yes, I wonder how her training is going as well... Hrm," he grunted, picking up his volume, "I guess that should be about it. I'll have to deal with this later. By the way, have any of you seen Dive Man this morning? I haven't seen him anywhere." Volt Man then heard a slight beep on his wrist. "Sorry, a message is coming through." He quickly answered it. "Yes?... Ah, Blade. What is it?... Wha... Where are they coming from? You're certain they're allies?... All right, I'll be there in a minute." He pushed the communicator off. "Dive Man wants us up at the blast doors. Says there's something we need to see." --- "Very, very impressive. My Cossack, who carried this out? I never authorized it." Dive Man more meant it as a joke as he and Blade Man marveled at the huge force coming in. Skull Man eventually met him, with Pharaoh Man as well. "Ah, my two brothers! I must say, you did an execptional work on this." "Oh, it wasn't us. Our true commander will be arriving soon," Skull Man said. "But you should thank the Mummiras, Joes, and Picket Men that came with us- it was them who helped us pull this off." As Dive Man individually thanked them for a job well done, he waited to see when the real commander would show up. |

"Hm. Interesting, I'm curious to find out what this is." Dr. King said. "I hope that the Army Joes I designed will be found useful for you BrightMan, I made a makeshift lab outside, just give the word and I will build some for you." Dr. King said on the way to the blast doors. ---------------------------------- ProtoMan then stopped, then Shadow stopped. "ProtoMan, why did you stop?" "I just realized it was morning, I don't know if you get tired or not, but Shorde might be exhausted, we haven't gotten any rest in days." ProtoMan said. "Very well, Shorde, do you require rest? We can wait to go into the Special Zone if you want." Shadow said as he looked at Shorde. Edited by ProtoMan, Jan 12 2013, 06:28 AM.

Shorde didn't reply. He was collapsed on the board from exhaustion, sleeping soundly. He had fallen asleep as soon as he was comfortable on the board, and now the gang was stuck where it was. --- Tide-Man remained silent. He had nothing to say about Roll's training, nor on any other war event of importance. Then his brother's words echoed to him. "Bright-Man, a word?" He approached him as the group walked down. "Though this is a war of preservation, it is important that we take action and show that we are going to win. One of my brothers has requested a large-scale attack, and I am afraid I must agree. We should schedule a Robot attack on one of Wily's major facilities today. If the Second Rebellion's repairs are finished like they should be, I think the force can be led by Flash-Man, and...you. With your powers combined, stunning the Robots and capturing them should be no problem. Of course, we'll need a bulk to our forces..." --- Heart-Man sped on ahead on his Item 2, rapidly approaching the base. Express-Man trailed behind, so as Heart-Man touched down, Express was still out of sight. "Good morning, soldiers," he said with a salute to Dive-Man. "You're probably wondering why these enemies aren't shooting. Making a long story short, these are the fruits of a good night's worth of hacking. These soldiers are now yours to command, thanks to the efforts of me and everyone else in my troop...believe you me, I couldn't have done it without them. By the way, Express-Man should be rolling in soon--he'd like a word with you, and that word isn't a bullet with your name on it." --- "...Rock? Rock, are you in there?" Roll knocked on her brother's door, hoping she wasn't interrupting his rest. She wanted to talk about her encounter during the evening, or at least confirm that she had not fallen like she'd suspected she would. Waiting patiently outside, she stood for many minutes, until a soft sound indicated her to check her battery. Glancing down at her wrist, she read "5%". "I don't have time for this," she muttered to herself as she walked off to a public charging room to rest. |

Spy had integrated well with Wily's Army. Gotten to know who everyone was. And where everything was. Though he was only disguised as a Joe. It didn't matter. He suddenly got a transmission from his creator. Spy then moved to a corner where almost no one went. "Yes doctor?" Spy asked. "Project Blitzkrieg is not going to happen, the robot generals disagreed with my plan. But I will tell them that you are still there. Keep doing what you are doing and await further instructions." Dr. King said. "Yes doctor." Spy said. |

"A... a major attack? Hrm... It'd require extensive planning and mobilization, something that I believe can't be done all today," Bright Man said with a pensive look. "Scout teams report that Wily's larger facilities are well guarded and tough to crack, often times with a Robot Master to lead their defenses. So far, we know of three main plants, and we've taken stabs at the generals- Astro Man, Gravity Man, and Burst Man, all very tough opponents. We'll have to wait and see when there's a weak spot or an opening that we can exploit- but for now, we have to hold back. Risking a full-on smash is suicide: the facility has a giant wall surrounding it, dotted by antiaircraft and ground turrets alike- and don't forget the guards and artillerymen there. There'll also be reinforcements inside... See, this is why I wanted to... ah, no, we don't have enough building material and personnel." As the generals got to the door, they were awe struck at the amount of robots that were coming into the base. "... OK, I suppose mobilization won't be nearly as difficult..." Bright Man muttered. --- As Dive Man warmly congratulated Heart Man and stood marveling at the stream of forces coming in, Express Man pulled in on his jet. "You're Dive Man, correct? I'm DRM. 002, Express Man." "Ah yes, right. Come with me, I'll have you signed up in no time." Dive Man then lead him off to the infirmary. --- Shadow Man was busy practicing in the target range, shooting perfect bull's-eyes with his Shadow Blades while festering in his recent thought of Roll's training. "Hmph. As mean as it might have seemed, it was true. She should have stayed at home- not just for here, but for that damn Coda Rebellion, too." Phluck! Another perfect shot. "The cornerstone of this bitter struggle. As much as they want to fight it, it's true." Phluck! There was another, on the dot. "I don't care if they didn't hear- I'll keep my opinion to myself." He kept tossing them nonchalantly into the bull's-eyes of the passing targets, and eventually just got bored of it. Pretty soon, he was up and out to find something else to do. |

"Um....whoever did this deserves a medal!!" Dr.King said. He looked at the massive amounts of forces at the Light Army's command. "Well. This will work perfectly with my Army Joes!!" "And my robot. Spy is still there. Disguised as a robot in Wily's base! This is perfect!" Dr.King said. Dr.King then turned to BrightMan. "BrightMan. I must speak with you about an urgent matter. Meet me at my lab whenever you have the chance." |

"...Well, this is a pleasantly convenient surprise." Looking over the forces, Tide-Man tried to formulate a plan for attack. "Okay, here's what I'm thinking...Astro-Man is fairly strong, yes, but he doesn't have much self-esteem. If we attack with sufficient numbers and merely appear scary enough, that might make him freak out to a degree where he'd become easier to take out. Location providing, his facility would be the easiest target. Any turrets can probably be taken out with Joe foot soldiers, provided that they're good enough shots. Their shields will block oncoming fire while others move in to deal with whatever guards we may encounter. I think I see a couple Van Pookins in this crowd; their large size makes them ideal for smashing walls. Once the anti-air turrets are dealt with, Apache Joes can move in to rain hell upon the enemies, luring the stronger characters out of hiding...it sounds good to me. However, before we make any decisions, I would like to hear your plan." --- Just then, one word announced the arrival of one of the characters Shadow-Man hated so much: "Morning." Pyro-Man strolled in, wearing a fairly cheery expression. Waving with one hand to the shady ninja Robot, he spun the training dial up with the other, from "stationary" to "mobile." "Gotta ramp it up if you want to improve," he mused to himself as he took his station and prepared his fireball launcher. He was blissfully unaware of the lightning crackling in Shadow-Man's circuits, merely focused on improving his aim so if he ever actually did encounter someone on his night shifts. |

"Sirs, the UN have also sent me VERY important orders to tell you!" Dr. King said. "It's another reason I came....it's about a so called "rouge" robot that defected from your army and ran off on it's own!" |

(All right I'm back) Shadow Man's circuits crackled as Pyro Man entered. Oh, what I wouldn't do to... he thought silently to himself as he waved. "Morning to you too. Keep working on that aim- you can only get better." Shadow Man left, his angry feelings subdued, but lingering. --- Bright Man rubbed his chin. "Well, you see, Tide Man... one of the forts is coastal. I was hoping we could use a naval assault since that side isn't as well defended, but I'm not sure how we'd do so. We don't nearly have enough material to make a fleet of transport vessels... If only we had access to Dive Man's Mobies, or Centaur Man's submarines. We could stage a serious offensive then." "I'm impressed by your idea. Perhaps we could implement a plan like that." |

"Dumb robots, ignoring a human." Dr. King thought. "I offer them useful information, advanced infantry and a super weapon and important orders and they still refuse to comply, probably because i'm only 14...." "No matter if they don't want help that is their problem...." He contacted Spy. "Report back to base, we are going home" Dr. King said. "Why master?" Spy asked. "Because these idiots don't know how to fight a war. Now hurry, if they don't want our help then lets go." Dr. King whispered. "Alright then doctor, I will be there in a matter of minutes." Spy said as he walked out the front, still disguised, acting like he was on patrol. "Break, Crackshot, Shatter. Meet me at my makeshift lab." "Yes sir." The three of them replied. Dr. King walked behind the building where his lab was and starting tinkering with some of the mechanics. |

Pyro-Man was a bit surprised as Shadow-Man left the room past him. "Hey, where are you going...did I interrupt your training...? Oh, I'm sorry..." He called out, but he would not pursue--this was also a war zone, after all; maybe he had somewhere to be. Turning back towards the targets, he took aim and began practicing his aim. --- Tide-Man thought for a moment before responding. Bright-Man was right--with Bubble out of the picture, there weren't a whole lot of water-oriented Robots left on Wily's side of the battle. "I could understand wanting to launch an attack like that, especially with both Dive and Centaur on our side. I think I myself would prove a useful soldier in such an attack. But without a sufficient number of marine craft, we probably will not succeed. We would have to stage another raid or follow through with the other plan. What are you thinking?" |

Bright Man thought for a moment before his light bulb glowed a dull yellow. "... I think I have just the solution. We've got access to Centaur's marine drones- mainly the Submarine Fliers, and some of his aerial water-based robots- and we also have access to Dive Man's Mobies... to an extent. We'd need a bigger teleporter, but three are in storage at my Doctor's citadel, along with the numerous drones Dive used to have and the blueprints for all of them. We can combine this with whatever Blizzard and Splash might have-" then he peered into the crowd of robots Heart Man brought back "-along with any aquatic bots in there... Now then, we do have two bots from the King Rebellion on our side, correct? If I remember correctly, there was a modified Hogale fit for undersea combat and transport in that Rebellion. So, if we can grab the blueprints... well, why not just recreate some? Dust can pay a visit to the junkyards at home, along with anything we might have down here... We've got an expert welder in Torch Man... With an attack spearheaded by the Mobies we have, alongside any other aquatic bots we can muster, the Hogales can arrive afterwards and create an entry point below the complex, enabling us to go from the bottom up. We could stage a major offensive then- with attacks from all three fronts. A major ground and sea attack, supported by aerial troops. I think that might just work." "Even if we can't gain access to the underwater version, we could attempt the same thing with aerial Hogales. So... what do you think?" |

"Now, that's the sort of bright idea I like to see," Tide-Man couldn't help but say. After mulling it over for a minute, he responded. "...I see no major flaws. Let's put it into action as soon as we can. Now, before we get any more interruptions, is there anything else we must discuss?" --- Shorde groaned, "just five more minutes, I'll get my training in and then some, just let me sleep..." He began to roll off to one side, but as he neared the edge of the platform, he suddenly remembered where he was. He was in no mood to fall back into the water again, so with a start he jumped to his feet. "...Well, alright, whatever. Let's just knock this out real quick," he said, cracking his knuckles as he walked for the checkpoint. |

Dr. King overheard TideMan and saw this as an opportunity to try and explain the one thing he needed to say before he left. "Excuse me TideMan, will you please come over here, theres something I need to discuss with you." -------------------- "Alright then, lets get started..." ProtoMan said. Shadow moved next to Shorde. Then ProtoMan ran for the checkpoint. Shadow grabbed Shorde and followed suit, right into the checkpoint, the sparkling portal opened. Shadow jumped up, grabbing both ProtoMan and Shorde, and leapt in. |

Bright Man thought a moment before answering. "Oh, yes, one more thing..." He quietly pulled Tide Man off to the side. "Now, I didn't want to worry you or anything, but... well, one of the defensive commanders came to me with some disturbing news. He said that a guard checked Wire Man out of our building yesterday. He hasn't been checked back in. Aerial recon troops scanned the perimeter for him last night, but nothing turned up. Do you have any idea where he might be?" --- Signal Man and Hose Man were ambling down to the training facilities. They brushed past Shadow Man, who didn't appear to be in the greatest of moods, on their way to the new training battleground. After Dive Man caught wind of one of the nearly empty storage areas being used for battles, he authorized it being used a training area. "We could use a little sparing time, Hose. And hey, maybe someone will join us. We'll just wait and see." Soon enough, they entered, and sounds of battle could be heard. --- Search Man was sitting quietly in the infirmary, tenderly nursing his fixed shoulder he banged up after jumping out of the building. He was talking with his brother, Aqua Man, who was boasting about taking out one of Coda's renegade robots. "He's a pretty lavish rewarder. He gave me a whole platoon of Aqua Joes and a huge amount of screws," he proclaimed proudly. "His whirlpool attack he installed sure was helpful. Maybe you could try nabbing one," he proposed. "Maybe after a bit of brushing up," "since our heads don't seem to be in the right place," the heads muttered. "Right now, I think that we might need a little target practice," the round one stated. The square one shook his head, replying, "I think we might need a little everything practice!" "Either way," "we're not up for it right now..." "but your proposal sounds..." "Interesting," the two said at once. He waved to his brother and headed off. |

Dr. King stood there, watching the huge crowd of robots gathered, the generals speaking. He regained his composure and walked into the crowd, observing what troops they have and their numbers. Rubbing his chin he went back to his makeshift lab, pulled out his blueprints for an Army Joe and reached into a bin he brought with him. It contained parts, he pulled out his tools and started getting to work carefully putting the parts, and wiring together. He pulled out 3 flash drives, each containing some of the coding for the Army Joe's AI and uploaded the data into it's hard drive, in a matter of minutes the Army Joe was complete. "Army Joe #000, activate." Dr. King said. The camouflaged Joe's single eye behind it's visor glowed a bright blue. "What do you require, sir?" It said. "Follow me #000." Dr. King said as he walked back to where the crowd of robots were, the Army Joe following behind him. |

Tide-Man briefly thought about it, and then he realized that he hadn't seen Wire-Man all day. "...No, sir, I have no idea where he could be. ...We'll do everything we can to find him, that I promise you. As soon as we're done here, I'll inform the other Coda Robots...I wonder what happened." With a turn to Dr. Kind, he noticed a new Robot...looked to be an Army Joe, from the blueprints he had just seen. "Sorry for keeping you waiting. Some matters are more urgent than others, and we do have protocol. What did you need, sir?" --- Pyro-Man was not so skilled at hitting the targets dead-on, but he wasn't missing by any stretch—every shot he fired made its mark, and eventually every target in the room was burning. "Hell, that was easy," he muttered to himself, walking out of the room. He heard sounds of fighting, but he disregarded it—there was no more need for such practice for now. He started down the hallway, wondering what to do rather than stay idle, and his mind kept wandering back to Shadow-Man. The look in his eye, the tone in his voice...Pyro-Man was seriously beginning to get the idea that he was being avoided. What had he done? --- Shorde stood at attention, blinking in the light. Dazedly looking around and still trying to wake up, he looked around—and almost immediately noticed that this did not look like the halfpipe from before. As a matter of fact, he wasn't sure he recognized where he was at all. "Um...where are we?" |

"Ah yes TideMan, I just built the original Army Joe, of course we have them mass produced back on our world, but this one.....is the original one. Army Joe #000. I was wondering if you'd like to do a small test to see if you and your generals like them. And if you would like to use them or not." He explained. "Also, just to let you know we at the UN received an anonymous report of a robot that went rouge from your army, any idea who it could be?" |

Shadow Man was busy sulking down the hallways, gradually brightening his mood. However, he got the feeling that he was being followed. As he looked over his shoulder, he gave a slight groan as he noticed one of the Coda bots he disliked so much- Pyro Man. Whether or not it was intentional, it was starting to get on his nerves. He slightly quickened his pace and took a left turn toward the blast doors. --- Bright Man nodded as Tide Man informed him of his brother. "Very well. We'll keep you updated if we get any new leads." Then turning to Dr. King, he showed interest in the new Joe model. "I'm intrigued to see its fighting prowess. I'll call the other generals and we'll see what it can do." --- "Hi-yah! Take this!" "That all you got? Signal Boomerang!" "Whoa, watch out with that thing!" Hose Man and Signal Man busily fought each other. Although it was only for training, being brothers, they liked to go their hardest against each other- it prepped them for real battles. Of course, that also made it pretty easy to hear. Sleet Man was busy walking through the halls, heading down towards the main computer room to check on a new gadget his brother Watt Man was working on, when he heard sounds of a battle in the training room. Excited, he headed down to the door, eager to join whoever was practicing. |
