I'm not trying to claim it. I just want commerce at the mouth. That isn't a brook, it is larger than the Nile or Amazon, possibly one of the great lakes. I did it for commerce. |

So please Paj and Ak, lets not start the New Alkatini Century over a river? Just sit down with Pelhafor and talk it over XD Unless you want to see a Sunni Mosque and a US Military base in every single nation on Modena-Qwendra =P |

My nuetrality is being violated because Pelhafor screwed up on the map...regardless of who owns it a naval task force would never be able to sail that far up into it. At the point I'm at, its maybe 30-50 ft deep and 500 yards across at it widest...its a bitch sailing up hill... |

I wouldn't mind. For all I care, my military associates can build a naval/ army base under their own laws somewhere. |

Then everytime I see a boat sail up from the south I will exercise my god given right of Territorial waters and seize or sink that boat... |

Obviously here, there is a slight communication failure. I suggest we all wait for Pelhafor and discuss this lightly, tempers down,-- I mean its not exactly important right now that the Pajaritan Vessels be there, we'll just retcon it later. Come on, it's a river, and you guys are all landlocked countries And I'm sure Pajaritos didn't mean to infringe on anybody's territory, or piss off Quillion/Alsatia in this manner Now looking at the map, I'm pretty sure the river bordering Quillion, within the internationally agreed whatever range it is, belongs to Qullion. But I'm pretty sure that at some point this territorial claim stops, and becomes international "Waters" (rarely do we have rivers that are international waters, if ever at all, but because as we go further from Quillion to where nobody owns either side of the river, this probably starts becoming international waters) Nobody is really wrong here, just figure out where the river stops becoming Quillion and starts becoming international |
