Dear UN President, Russia would like to join the United Nations.
We would like to join because I think it would do the Russian economy and it would be good for the Russian people to know they are secure.
We could also help the United Nations with any problems they have, We would be happy sending our troops in to help situations out, as long as you have a good reason for sending out troops in.
You could also help me out as the Mongolian Army are on my border and I fear for my people safety in this matter.
Signed, Mr. J. Maverick, Russian President

Dear Mr. J. Maverick, After reading your request into joining the United Nations, I would like to know more about the Mongolian Army on your border; this could cause a threat to the United Nations aswell. Also, I am curious on any treaty's or other Alliance's you are apart off. Once we know all of this we can consider it more.
Signed, Jamie Price U.N President

After reading the letter from the U.N. President, Mr Maverick wrote a reply back about the situation and sent it off.

Dear U.N. President, The Mongolian Army have just appeared on our border less than 24 hours ago, all our contact attempts with their government have failed so I have sent them a letter asking them to remove their forces, so only time will tell if they attack or withdraw
As for alliances, I have no alliances with any other country so far but if I do get any the UN will be the first to know.
Signed, Mr. J. Maverick, Russian President.

Back at London a member of Parliment was setting off to head to Russia, and was to arrive approximately 1:00GMT. Meanwhile, a reply was sent off to the Government of Russia.

We currently have one of our highly qualified governor's on the way to Russia; Moscow, in order to look around your capital city and see how it's run. After that it will be considered about you joining the United Nations. It's approximately 4hours until he arrives, and I do have some other questions.
What is your Law Enforcement made off? if you have one, if not, then arranges would be made to help you. Any other infomation about how you work would be appreciated.

Dear Mr President,
Please call off your governors as we are currently at war and we do not have the time to speak about joining the UN while our country is under threat. Please forgive us but at this time we would rather concentrate on the war!
Our Law Enforcement is made off regular police officers with pistols, armed police and riot police. Our Law Enforcement is fine.
Signed, Mr J. Maverick, Russian President.
