The General Secretary, Mr. J Stiles, would be sitting in his office in Beijing, watching the television as the news reports the win in Mongolia and Kazakhstan.

A man would walk in calmly, who is recognisable to Mr. Stiles as a senior member of China's Standing Committee.
The General Secretary would quickly take up the TV controller, turn the television to mute, and indicate a seat in front of his desk, the Committee member would take it swiftly.

"General Secretary, Sir, I have news that all Army and Air Force troops have returned to their correct stations in China, on Sunday we shall hold a minute's silence for all those lost in the fighting. Also, the Standing Committee is interested to know if there are any changes that should be made in China, to stop such a thing from happening again so suddenly."

"Indeed, well, I shall attend a press conference publicly later today to announce the minute's silence on Sunday. Also, on the subject of any changes that are to be made, I think it necessary to increase numbers of training camps and joining offices for the Armed Forces, the news of a recent win should convince people to join."

"Yes, of course sir, is that all?"

"No, actually, I want the border control heightened. I'm personally considering a rise in Police Stations, and Border Control Offices set up strategically around all borders, to be operated by existing Armed Policemen."

"Indeed sir, the Standing Committee will start work immediately"

"Thank you."

The Committee member would then stand, and leave the office quickly, the General Secretary would turn the sound back on, on the television. A reporter would be standing talking to a group of soldiers who had recently returned from the Mongolian capital.
It was time for China to take a more careful approach to international relations.

Officers, Soldiers, Navy Crewmen, and Pilots to be trained a month :
Armed Police (Standard Chinese Policemen) = 10,000 + 750 = 10,750
Army Soldiers = 7,500 + 750 = 8,250
Air Force Pilots = 7,250 + 750 = 8,000
Navy Crewmen = 7,250 + 750 = 8,000

Policemen to be stationed at China's borders.
A total of 4,500 (Armed) Policemen are to be stationed around the borders of China.

(Border Control Outposts have been set up strategically around each border, focusing mainly on the major ways in and out.)

The General Secretary attends a standard meeting held once a week by the Central Committee, to overview expenses and problems with any economics in China.

It is brought to Mr. Stiles' attention that China has exceeded it's initial expenditure on the Armed Forces for this month, and in order to keep this as less of a problem, the General Secretary decides that no more money will be spent on the Armed Forces until the 1st October has passed.
Also, taxes in China will be raised by a small amount to keep public expenditure under control.
