Mr. Stiles would sit in his office in Beijing, reading through the letter from the Russian President, when finished, he would let out a slight sigh, and then continue to write a reply.

Mr Maverick would read this letter and call a board meeting to discuss the matter with the Government. As the Government meeting would last 2 hours and still get no further to either accepting or Declining the Peace Treaty, as President Maverick would stand up and propose that the members of Government take the night to sleep on it and they will be called for 9am tomorrow morning to discuss the matter further. Meanwhile the President doesn't write a reply to the Chinese until he knows that his Government is 100% behind him. |

Mr Maverick would be sitting at the head of the table and across it would be the other Government party members, after 5 hours of talking they come to the conclusion to decline the peace treaty, Mr Maverick walks into his office and writes up a letter.

The Chinese President would take a seat at his desk, having just finished reading the letter from the Russians. This is a great blow to China as a nation. Mr. Stiles lets out a slight sigh of disappointment before writing out a reply.
