Okay I am not nearly putting in as much volume as I should, but for now I only have 5k hands at 10NL. "Progress" is a little bit misleading it has been going pretty horrible so far:

So yeah, lot of variance the last days. Maybe I will play some 5NL the next days to feel better...

Hmm That is incredible lot of variance my friend (especially near the point of 4700 hands), would love to see the hands you played...

Well it is not all variance I guess, more or less a mixture of bad luck, misreads and simply bad plays. Sometimes my brain stops working in big pots - don't ask me why :p
I give you taste of my biggest losses:

Villain was 34/21/1.3 with a 3bet% of 18 or so (I think the sample size for 3bet was around 13) after 50 hands. But later turned out not to be the crazy maniac I thought he was.

Hmm i have viewed the hands...

Hand 1: Fold on the flop, if he raises you he has a very big hand. Did you have some reads on him like that he goes all in with bullshit cards orso or middle pair hands or made pairs?

Hand 2: Bad luck at the end, because i would have put him on a flush draw of hearts. He played that hand irrational, that is why he probably is a fish.

Hand 3: Fold preflop on raise, AT ofsuited is not good enough to 3bet or 4bet with. AJ or AQ would be like the minimum.

Hand 4: On the turn, i would probably would fold the hand. You only have one pair, this guy can have a straight, two pair or a set.

Maybe we should start a topic about this, 'When to fold', 'Folding strategy' or something like that... Especially the last hand is so common with myself, i am like wow i have aces... But actually the true value of them is preflop, postflop those aces can be cracked... And if someone is reraising then we still like to play with them.

Actually in the first hand it is a coin flip on the flop.

Board: 4c Qs Js
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 48.179% 48.18% 00.00% 0.00 { AcQc }
Hand 1: 51.821% 51.83% 00.00% 0.00 { Ks9s }

But yes, given the action a coin flip is probably the best situation.

Yeah I agree with pretty much with everything said (except that there are definitely of situations where 3betting AT is hugely +EV...) - I am aware that most hands are really spewy. I cannot really explain why it is not that I go on tilt or anything my thinking process just stops at some point in these hands...
Anyway rocked some 4NL tables in a short session today that made me feel better :D

@jam i wonder what would happen if you just flat call the flop on the raise and see the turn, dunno if it is a +EV play. I still think that on the turn if no flush card or scare card come up, i would have betted. I still think you have to figure yourself out what cards does he have to raise my bet with? Is my one pair good enough? He probably has a set or some flush/straight draw. I still have come in a lot of spots that guys beat me with a fuckin set because i still continue betting my toppair or overpair while i am already beaten. If he had shit he would probably just fold to your bet.
The read that we can have on this guy is if he raises a lot of times postflop (guess agressionfactor is high) orso or he is a calling station. After that i would make my decision to ship it in or not.
