Oh thank god, a specially-colored Wii remote. Thank fucking GOD. And a music CD is decent, but not too terribly spectacular. |

It's a Wii Remote Plus, which has Motion Plus built in. So it's a pretty good deal if you don't already have one (although it really should have stayed at $50... Pretty sure the N64 games that came bundled with the Expansion Pack did) |

How many more games could possibly come out for the Wii? Isn't the Wii in its last death throes? I already own pretty much every game I'd want for the Wii (which is like, eleven games, and one of them's a PS2 port), and I'm not even particularly interested in Skyward Sword. I'd have nothing to use the Plus on except for Skyward Sword itself. |

Good point... It's worth it to me because it's freaking Zelda and I don't mind motion controls, though. |

The same WiiMotes are being used in the Wii U I believe. It's highly likely that if nothing else, they're going to be compatible with the WiiMote Pluses, so getting it will be a good idea. |

Yeah that's true, the Wii U still seems to heavily use the Wiimote. Which means the Classic Controller will probably be the primary controller for the new Smash Bros, thank god. |

If Lotus hates motion controls so much I highly doubt the Wii U will be a system he would be interested in. I'm not too fond of motion controls myself anymore. I used to think they were ok but now they are just annoying and a pain to deal with. There are only a few times I think it's acceptable. The Wii U will no doubt force motion controls onto the players even worse than how the Wii forces you to use them. Also, really cool box art for Skyward Sword but I'm still not sure if I'm even gonna try it out, it's a huge maybe for me. Edited by andaryu, Aug 30 2011, 11:39 PM.

I absolutely agree with you Andaryu. They were cool at first, but another 3-5 years of a system with the same controls...no thanks. It was cool for one system, but too many games give you a headache with annoying motion controls when it could have been much simpler, and much less annoying, if it were regular buttons. Especially any game that does Jumping/attacking with flicks/shakes. No thanks, I don't want my arm to be broken before I'm done. And with the other two systems now adapting that shit into their games...releasing games that require the Kinect or the PSMove...ugh...gaming is fucked at this rate.
