And for the first time in quite awhile, I actually sat through and watched the credits (the actual text, not just the cutscenes). Often that point becomes an ideal point to just get up and walk off, go to the bathroom, get food, let the dogs out, whatever, as I've seen it so many times (sometimes I just turn the console off early, since it doesn't affect anything).

I couldn't help but notice, Eiji Aonuma was not listed in the credits. It's true that I got distracted briefly during the "Special Thanks" section, but if he was listed there, he must have played a very minor role.

Also, completely forgotten they'd used motion capture for Link... (and perhaps other characters too, but as only one name was listed it's doubtful)

Bumping this because I'm not sure if anyone saw it, as I posted it so early in the morning; If no one responds again I'll just assume no one had any input :)

Hi, I'm: An Innocent Bystander
I have no input, but it seems kinda rude for me not to respond after having noticed this topic.

I missed this thread.

I never even noticed that actually. Also, in the 3DS version, there are extra credits you see after the original ones, with an epic orchestrated track playing:

If I remember right Majora's Mask was the first game he had anything to do with, then became bigger in the series since then.

I also watch the credits, but usually don't pay attention to the names.

Kachou on!
He is in the credits, just with a different last name. Wikipedia says he was born as Eiji Onozuka and that is the name that appears in the credits at :16

Ah; I did see that name, but how is that Aonuma? I don't see that in the wiki article... Someone must've edited it...

edit: Oh, now I see... but why would he change his name? That's unusual even in America, but in Japan where the last name is usually considered more important I'd think it'd be nearly unheard of... Maybe he was adopted into a new family or something?
