I'd nominate the redhead from the bar-scene 100 years ago except she was tipping her excessively which implies paying for it which would be incredibly depressing. Maybe it's Blake after all?

Wait, have you magically seen today's episode already? How is that possible? Is it up in some secret location? (The redhead isn't bad looking. Go Doris!) |

For tomorrow's ep: Blake clarifies to Frank that the woman from the online dating website didn't say no and that he should ask her again. Everyone enjoys the reception as the kissing becomes contagious. Maureen and Matt head to the dance floor. Phillip's happy he got to see another wedding in Springfield. Bill thinks the good things are outnumbering the bad and everyone is finally coming together. James still doesn't understand why Phillip chose Alan over James for the donor. Phillip proposes to Beth and then Beth catches Lillian's bouquet. At the park, Phillip exclaims to Alan that he doesn't want to waste his life and is marrying Beth. When Alan doesn't respond, Phillip realizes Alan is dead. Josh thinks its time for him to head out for awhile. Josh informs Reva that he's going to Venezula. Reva gives her support. Jonathan explains to Lizzie that he drew up custody papers for them. Lizzie is ecstatic. Is it too much to hope that the kissing contagion includes Liv and Nat getting at least a peck? |

God, you are such a cynic! What's sad, actually, is that I even allow myself to have any hope on this issue. I mean, how stupid do I have to be? I'm like the most naive, gullible glutton for punishment ever. A big media corporation treats me like shit, and I just keep coming back for more. Like a dog with an abusive owner. Pathetic. On the other hand, this is like one of the few areas of my life where I am a romantic and an optimist, and it seems a shame for me to bring my realist nature into this as well, since it drives so many other things for me. Hey, it just occurred to me that this may be why I love tv so much: because it's the one area of my life where I'll allow myself to be an optimist, which is so much more pleasant than being a realist. |

LOL. Hey, I'm not being a cynic, I'm being realistic and accepting. Keep your hope as well as your romanticism and optimism. Don't ever change. But what's that saying about, ah, what you can control? I can hardly wait to see the webseries you write and produce...by then I'll be collecting my pidly pension and I'm volunteering now to help.. :

How did I miss this pool of snarkery. You - solitasolano with today's tagline can hardly be called a cynic. That's about as optimistic as I've read you.

Ok, gag me with a spoon with this name thing. Here I was doing just fine with it all winding down all handholding an arms around each other, and now it's like someone just couldn't help yelling out something rude when they were leaving the room. |

I was just coming to post about that! But for everyone, for the last time EVER, here are the spoilers for tomorrow's episode. And yes, Frank is still in Otalia's orbit, WAY TOO MUCH. Can I also say, it's amazing how many weddings they managed to cram in to the last 6 weeks of this show. Frank and Blake are surprised and pleased to discover they were talking to each other through the dating website. Natalia wants to make sure that Frank knows how important he is in their baby's life. Olivia and Natalia inform Frank that they want to name the baby Francesca after him. Daisy announces that she's going to Berkeley. James admits to Daisy that he'll miss her. Doris gets Ashley into a writing school near Daisy. Later on, Ashlee and Daisy leave for California. Maureen sets Matt up with her teacher. Doris marries Remy and Christina again. After the wedding, Remy and Christina announce that their having a baby. Billy gives Jonathan a job at Company. Lizzie thinks it's a bad idea for Alex to leave the country with Fletcher but Alex is excited about the next chapter in her life. Mindy surprises Bill by announcing that she's moving home. Marina thanks Mallet for sending a wedding present to Buzz. Later, Marina gets Shayne a job as assistant coach for the high school. Shayne finally feels like his life is coming together. Josh reveals to Reva that he's moving but admits that he will always love her. Reva says she loves him but isn't ready to be involved with him. Josh gives her a proposition. In a year from this day, Josh will come back to Springfield. If Reva is ready to start over with Josh, he will be at the lighthouse waiting for her. ONE YEAR LATER The town gathers to cheer on Shayne's baseball game. Billy wants Jonathan to be foreman on the elementary school project. Lizzie and Bill prepare for their new baby. Christina arrives at the game with her baby Clayton. Rafe returns home from the Army. Natalia introduces Rafe to his little sister. The group toasts to Rick and Mindy on their wedding day. James visits Ashlee and Daisy in California. Mallet and Dinah stand in a church together in Europe. Reva decides that she has found herself and makes her way to the lighthouse. Josh is at the lighthouse waiting for her. Josh takes Reva and Colin away to start their new adventures together. |

Thanks, I think (?) abzug That's about 90 percent of what I was expecting - right down to Josh, Reva and a Lighthouse. I guess that means Jeffers is going to eat it today. I'll be glued to the teevee. Except we still don't know what is it with the Hat? Wasn't there all sorts of betting - not here of course - with Francesca being a favorite? It has the charm of being neither Spanish or Greek in origin and therefore all sorts of melting potty. But looking on the bright side, Ashlee and Daisy are off to Berkeley - and I can testify as to what happens to nice girlfriends there.

I just don't even see why they kept Jeffrey alive. What did it accomplish? They could have had the real Edmund be dead, or not--it doesn't matter, because no one in Springfield knew any of the kids were at risk, so it didn't lend any drama or urgency to any of the Springield happenings. And given that Jeffrey hasn't come back to Springfield, and doesn't intend to, why does it matter if he's alive or dead? The only thing I can think of is that this Jonathan character--they wanted to bring him back. But there could have been another way, surely, than this whole Edmund/Jeffrey storyline. |
