Oh yeah for sure and we were able to make several comments in the regular thread how since the time Olivia showed up to help with the naming (oh goddes did I just have to think about the name thing again) that Fr**k had been rather scare around all parts Otalia. But no....

Except we still don't know what is it with the Hat?

Okay. I'm a long shot bettor. I'm putting all my chips in on Doris saying something to Olivia about her hat. Pleeeze. I need comic relief. At this moment I am weak and have a need to know that the writers know we the audience are out there somewheres.....

I just don't even see why they kept Jeffrey alive. What did it accomplish? They could have had the real Edmund be dead, or not--it doesn't matter, because no one in Springfield knew any of the kids were at risk, so it didn't lend any drama or urgency to any of the Springield happenings. And given that Jeffrey hasn't come back to Springfield, and doesn't intend to, why does it matter if he's alive or dead?

The only thing I can think of is that this Jonathan character--they wanted to bring him back. But there could have been another way, surely, than this whole Edmund/Jeffrey storyline.

The connection between Jonathan's return and why he left Springfield was thin, but I suppose that is the route they used to bring him back. There were lots of other ways to do it. But, if Jeffers doesn't die tomorrow I will seriously begin to believe that the actor's fans really did influence the writers and he was brought back for pointless James Bond footage - especially since Reva tossed all the remaining Jeffrey photos in the trash yesterday and decided like the rest of the town to live in the moment. Which means the scenes with Jonathan were more about bringing Jeff back than about bringing Pelfrey back. And it is that this point that I must remember that we are not watching a completely thought out work at any point. Still not willing to concede to ekny that it is isn't *art* but am willing to be amazed that any of this ends up making sense to the viewer. It becomes a sort of written improv.

Hey To All The Brit Fans!

I was so happy when you guys got to see The Otalia Storyline on Guiding Light. It blew me away the worldwide popularity that it has received even more than with Bianca & Reese on All My Children.

Now, just for fun guys, I want to ask some questions.

When do you think Olivia started to love Natalia?

When do you think that Natalia started to love Olivia?

When Emma did her Essay at School, wasn't Miss Jennings look funny?

When Emma "Outted" Them with the "My Two Mommies" Essay, did you want to laugh at Olivia's Reaction?

When Olivia tried to "Deny" her feelings for Natalia to Christina Moore Boudreau, and Christina looked at her as if to say "Yeah Right", didn't it remind you of when Helen tried to deny her feelings for Nikki?

Were you as frustrated as I was when Olivia was about to tell Natalia how she felt and wasn't able to because Josh & Jeffrey came by?

When Natalia found out that Olivia was behind all of those "Romantic" Overtures that Frank made, do you think then she realized who really loved her?

When Olivia finally broke down and cried and told Natalia she was in love with her, did you think that was one of the most powerful scenes in the Storyline?

On the Day of the Wedding, wasn't it funny when Doris tried to get Olivia to tell the truth?

When Olivia stopped by while Natalia was Sweeping The Front of the House, didn't Natalia look as though she had a Happy Smile?

When Natalia and Olivia were on the Front Porch and tenderly spoke sweet nothings, and Rafe was watching them, wasn't that a romantic & tender scene.

When Olivia tried to find Natalia and screamed for her outside the retreat didn't it remind you of Marlon Brando's Scene in "A Streetcar Named Desire".

When Natalia came back, do you think that Olivia was justified in being mean to her?

When Natalia did all of those things, ie Breakfast, Flowers and the like, would you have eaten Breakfast with her?

When they finally did make up, and when Olivia & Emma moved back into The Farmhouse, wouldn't it have been great for the Writers to give them a Love Scene.

Also, has there been any mention of Otalia in any of the UK Magazines, and have any of you watched Venice?

Please give me your Point Of View. I love hearing other people's opinions.
