Unfortunately when a region is left with no discernable government, no leaders and chaos, nations must set to the front of the line and wrestle with uncertainty to produce a government and hope for a region. For this reason until we finish the charter, have enough nations to make a senate and full cabinet viable i as founder of the region am appointing the following as Consuls First Consul of North Pacific-Big Killer Babys Second Consul of North Pacific-Impaloompa Third Consul of North Pacific-Dyr Nasad Edited by Big Killer Babys, Sep 2 2010, 08:56 PM.

Third Consul is now Dyr by the way. Ok well, each of the consuls have different duties the short answer, which lets be honest is my favourite one is this 1st Consul-Foreign Affairs 2nd Consul-Internal Affairs 3rd Consul-Defence Minister As well as these duties i want a lot of crossover, just general pushing of activity, i want us all including non consuls to start topics, to ask questions, to actually be ACTIVE as a region. The reason i have made them consuls and not ministers is well number one, it sounds cooler and like we are actually doing something at the moment and two, well i think we need to wait until we have a charter and a reasonable regional population in order to fill a full cabinet to make actual minsters etc. |
