They had finally reached the gate between Platforms 9 and 10. All of them were there waiting for someone to make the first move. Arianna was so excited that she had clean forgotten what to do. She beckoned her mother over to her and whispered into her ear. "Mum...what do I do?" All Angelina could do was chuckle at her youngest triplet. She remembered her very first time going onto the platform and she was just as nervous then as her daughter was now. "Just like we told you in the car love. Walk straight though the wall between 9 and 10." Her father, of course, had to interject as well. "Best go at it with a bit of a run if you're nervous. That's what your Nan used to always say." She looked at her father and smiled, of course he was quoting Nan.

Anna readied herself at the one of the platform. She made sure that Birch was safely tucked inside her sweater and immediately started into a run. She had gotten over a bit of her nerves and decided to have a bit of fun. She gathered enough speed and at 3/4's of the way into the run at the gate, Anna hopped onto her cart and rode it through the wall to the other side. "That was wicked!" She got off and went to the side of the wall and waited for her brother and sister and parents to come through.

He came through next, not giving his parents a chance to say anything to him. With wicked speed he tore through the wall that separated the other platforms from their special one. The redhead burst onto platform 9 3/4, the sound and excitement hitting him right away. Montague began squawking at the sudden change in atmosphere but Fred barely noticed. His eyes were alight with wonder.

"Anna! We're almost there! It's the train! Books and girls and quidditch!" He couldn't get a coherent thought out, he only said what came to his mind. The young boy of eleven literally bounced, looking like he was going to explode at any moment. The bustling platform was more then the young boy could stand. Everything was about to start. All the stories and articles he'd read about Hogwarts were going to mean nothing in comparison to the real thing. It scared and amazed him.

Running a shaking hand through his hair, he glanced at his sister then to the wall where the others would be appearing momentarily.

Taking a deep breath, Ali readied herself to follow after her siblings. She wasn't too sure about this but if Fred and Arianna could do it then so could she. Looking over her shoulder, her father nodded at her. "Well here goes nothing." She mumbled, running at the wall, Persephone hooting at the sudden speed.

When she emerged she nearly stopped breathing. Looking around the platform, she was blown away by the sight of so many people, the sounds, and the Hogwarts express. This was it, she was finally going to the school she had only dreamed about before hand. "This is so amazing." She said, pushing her trolley forward. Moving out of the way of the wall, Alison was startled when her trolley collided with one that wasn't there before.

Persephone started squawking as her cage nearly toppled over, Alison catching it just in time. Looking up at the other person, she glared at the blonde boy before her. "Watch where you're going. You nearly knocked my owl off."

It’s not like he meant to hit the stupid girl, she had not been looking where she was going. he clung to his trolley to keep himself from losing his footing

Hair slightly dishevelled he shook his head and turned to the girl. A nasty frown plastered on his pale pointed features. His eyes were cold blue grey meeting her blue eyes as he retorted, “Me, watch where I was going? You are ridiculous.” It’s not like he’s face didn’t display he was slightly sorry. Scorpius was bad at saying one thing, but expressing the other.

Scorpius Malfoy ran a hand through his white blonde hair. He rolled his eyes at the girl. “Must be a muggle born.” Scorpius’ featured softened slightly. “First year?” His own Owl gave a swack and he pulled out a biscuit from his jeans pocket and poked it through the cage bars. The owl, a rather young eagle owl gave a hoot of thanks and chomped down on the treat.

"And what's so bad about being muggle born? Hmm? Some of the greatest witches and wizards were muggle born." Anna had walked over from where she and her brother were to where Ali was and heard all of what they had said. She didn't like the tone this kid who bumped her sister was using. She had seen them collide a bit and Persephone jostled a bit. Nothing too serious but then her sister and the blonde boy started to go at it a bit. Not a good idea with Ali when it concerned her owl.

"Come on Ali, we need to go meet up with others and put the trunks on the train."
She turned away from the boy and started back towards her brother.

"Elijah, have mum and dad passed through yet? Or have you seen the others, I thought we were supposed to meet them here before getting on the train."

Fred watched the exchange, worried about how Ali would react. The blonde kid was kind of cute though, then again Fred thought most everyone was cute. He sidled over to the two warring parties, intent on putting himself in the middle of it to diffuse the situation. "Why hello there." The rusty haired boy shared one of his award winning smiles with the blond.

"We're all first years here. Why don't we just get along? At least until we know what house we're in." He let out a charming laugh, hitting his flirtation mode. Anna's question barely phased him though he did pause to answer her.

"Mum and Dad? I don't think they've come thr-"

"Aunt Angie and Uncle George are with my parents." A familiar voice interrupted everyone. Fred turned to look at the dark haired boy who bore the same eye colour as his mother.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Albus sighed, worrying over whether or not he'd enjoy his time at school. He was worried he might get into Slytherin and according to his brother, that was the house to avoid. Harry Potter, his father, had already told him that all the houses were great and that they'd be proud of him no matter which he was sorted into. It hadn't served to make him feel any better though. He'd escaped as soon as his aunt and uncle had appeared, only Lily noticing he'd left the group.
He happened upon his cousins and a blond boy as he avoided the oncoming rush of crying parents and excited children. Nearing the group he offered the information his cousin Arianna had been requesting.
"Aunt Angie and Uncle George are with my parents." He offered a calm smile at the group though he wasn't overly excited. At least seeing his cousins brought a small amount of intrigue. His worry dissipated as his mind turned to other thoughts.
"I'm not sure where the others have gotten to though."
Alison glared at the fair haired boy. What did he think he ruled the world or something? Oh wait no clearly it was the universe, the way the prat presented himself. With a huff she let go of the, now balanced, bird cage and crossed her arm "I'll have you know you moronic git, that I am in fact a pure blood. Even if I were a muggle born, what business of yours is it?" She continued to glare daggers at the irritating boy, as she spoke.
Alison's irritation continued to grow as her sister came in. She knew, that Arianna was only trying help, but really she was only making Alison's mood worse. Ali felt as though Ari, thought she couldn't handle this on her own.
As she was about to say something, one of the most annoying traits her brother had seemed to take over. As if this couldn't get any worse. Her siblings were great most of the time, but these moments were the times that she really wished she could strangle them "Really Fred? Can you not hit on everything that walks by you?" she groaned pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration and annoyance.
Clearly the brunette's family was out to make her completely annoyed at this moment, because of course her cousin had to come and join in. She didn't know weather to be happy he was there, or thoroughly annoyed with him as well.
Scorpius narrowed his pale cold blue-grey eyes at the girl. She was horrid. That was the only descriptive word she deserved at the moment. This girl was completely self-centered and egotistical. “Business? “ The blond scoffed, no it was not his business to know her blood line, though she was completely irrational about being so curt with him, it’s not like he had snarled at her... or had he?
He raised a pointed eyebrow at her and smirked softly. “Really mature, Weasley.”
Scorpius Malfoy looked the siblings up and down and turned, pushing his cart away from them. He didn’t want to be hanging out with the lower calibre wizards! He was a Malfoy, a pure blood and a wealthy one at hand too.
Lysander on the other hand barely missed colliding with Scorpius. Both blondes merely stared at each other before going their separate ways. Scorpius knew when to pick fights and who to pick them with.
“ 'How poor are they that have not patience! What wound did ever heal but by degrees. ' ” Lysander’s voice drifted from him, the spitting image of his mother... yet much more masculine but still just as air-headed. “That’s what was said in Othello.” Lysander mused as he greeted his family friends. “Already for Hogwarts?” He asked dreamily. “I hope some of you, join me in Ravenclaw.”
*LET'S DO THE TIME WARP AGAIN 8D*
"Anything from the trolley? Anything from the trolley dears?" Was what was heard in the small corridor of the train. Anna had decided about ten minutes after the small witch that pushed the sweets cart passed their compartment that she wanted something. She took her cousin Rose with her and they went after her. Anna grabbed some coins from her pants pocket as the two reached the cart and aquired her food. "Two liquorice wands, a pack of droobles and...I think we'll take a pumpkin pasty." "Here you go dearie." Anna exchanged the money for the junk food and handed it to Rose to hold. "Thank you."
They headed back towards their shared compartment while passing the other students. She looked down to take a bite of her pasty and noticed there was a bit already gone. Funnily enough, it looked about the same size as the bite Rose would normally take. They had a thing going, where Anna would constantly drink all of Rose's drinks to bug her and Rose had gotten into the habit of taking bites of Anna food as retaliation. "Rosie...I believe there is some of my pasty missing. You wouldn't happen to know where it went do you?" All Anna got from her slightly younger cousin was a shit eating grin. "Why no Anna...no I wouldn't. I haven't a clue." Anna decided now would be a good time to shove Rose into a wall. It at least made her feel better.
It took them a good long time to get back, the train was bloody long. Anna opened the compartment door and immediately took out the pack of Droobles Best Blowing Gum. "Who wants some droobles?"
--
"I'm getting some sweets, Rosie, you wanna come with?" Rose looked up from her book as her cousin asked about going for a quick walk to the treat trolley. It gave her something to do and keep her mind off of the fact that she felt sick while on the train. Maybe it was just anticipation about going to Hogwarts for the first time...but still. Sitting down certainly hadn't done any good. Maybe taking a quick tour would do the trick. "Sure."
Rose got up off the seat, leaving her cloak on the seat. She, like her mother, had been very proactive and had changed into her uniform and it hadn't even been more than half an hour since the train ride had started. She smoothed her skirt and followed her relative. They talked about what to expect for academics. They were very excited about what they'd be learning. They were the smart ones afterall.
They finally caught up to the trolley and Anna handed Rose the sweets for a moment as she paid and while they were exchanging finally words and currency, she took a quick bite of the pasty.
It took Anna a good 3 minutes to notice the bite and by then, the evidence was gone from her mouth and face. "Rosie...I believe there is some of my pasty missing. You wouldn't happen to know where it went do you?" All Rose could do for her cousin was grin and play dumb. "Why no Anna...no I wouldn't. I haven't a clue." She was then shoved into a wall in between two compartments. "Oh, real mature." They got back to the compartment and she sat back down. She was no unaware of the stomach ache and was growing impatient. She wanted to get to Hogwarts. She wanted to experience everything. "So...when is this bloody train going to get there!"
Elijah sighed, glancing out the compartment window. Anna and Rose had already gone to get some sweets and he was pretty sure Ali was still upset about earlier. This left him with very little to do. Even Albus had buggered off somewhere. If he was lucky, one of the Longbottoms would make their way to the compartment soon enough but he couldn't pin his hopes on that, they often got sidetracked. Instead he pulled a book from his book bag. With his eyes closed he chose one at random and was content to discover he'd grabbed the steamy romance novel. It wasn't that he liked these sorts of things, well he did but he liked it for different reasons. He learned the way to flirt from said books and it had proven him well since he'd started liking people at the age of eight.
With a quick glance around, he pulled the book he'd swiped form his mother's bookcase up in front of his face, effectively burying himself in the novel. He opened it to where he'd left off and his face instantly flushed. Of course he' be at such a saucy part right when they were on the train, surrounded by hundreds of other students who could walk in at any moment and-
He jumped slightly when Rose and Anna returned but he recovered quickly. There was no sense in looking like a guilty party when he hadn't done anything wrong...other than 'borrow' his mom's steamy romance novel that was most likely meant for someone over the age of eighteen. The redhead slid the book back into his bag and turned his attention to his sister and cousin.
"Pass some over this way." He smiled brilliantly at his sister before looking at Rose. "At the chance of sounding like a smart arse, we'll get there when we get there. We have at least another hour to go still."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Albus had ditched his cousins somewhere between seeing them argue on the platform and their little sweets trip but he was much happier none the less. He'd found a nice compartment far away from theirs though he's somehow ended up sitting with the Malfoy kid. The boy was pale, much like his father Albus had been told. Of course, he'd heard a lot of things about the platinum blond but nothing really measured up to what he saw before him.

The boy held an air of dignity and self-assurance, that which Albus lacked. He had sharp but attractive features and eyes that saw everything tinged with superiority. Even the way the Malfoy sat exuded confidence. It was all a little irritating yet something drew Albus to the other boy. Most certainly, at the least, they'd become friends or enemies. As far as he could guess, there'd be no in-between for the two eleven year olds.

"We must have the only quiet compartment on the whole bloody train." Albus offered, slightly irritated by the sounds of celebration from the other compartments. It seemed the other students couldn't settle down, they were like children. It wasn't that Albus didn't act like a child sometimes, he just held a bit more maturity than others his age. Malfoy seemed to be around the same matruity level, at least at first glance. Maybe they were more alike than he'd originally thought.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Blue eyes scanned each of the compartments as the third year made his way through the train. He was hoping to find friends, someone he knew (or possibly was related to if he could ever track Lysander down)to sit with for the remainder of the trip. So far, he'd had little success in that regard. The older boy quickly moved out of the way, making himself very small to avoid getting jostled by a group of fifth year girls who felt the need to take up the entire width of the train hallway. With a sigh, the older Longbottom passed the sweets trolley, his mouth slightly drooling as he did so. His mum and dad hadn't given him money for sweets, knowing he'd blow it all on such a thing.
Estelle hopped up from the ground, landing with perfect timing in Timothy's outstretched arms. He smiled down at the Turkish Angora and happily pet her. When he raised his eyes, he discovered that he'd found just such a compartment, full of the Weasley clan. With his rugged smile, he leaned against the door frame.
"And here I thought you'd already have blown something up or gotten in trouble." His voice was quiet but he knew from experience that they heard him. Fred had looked up immediately, flashing him a smile. Tim felt a warm feeling spread in his chest. How nice it was to have friends.
