Hello fellow Coders. Since the visual novel is progressing quite successfully, we need to start our show as well. I've set up a google docs account for everyone to access.

otvisualnovel@gmail.com

password is randerith (temporary password. we can decide another one later)

Google docs can be found here.

This method is pretty simple actually. It's a hassle to explain so I'll use pictures instead.

You should be able to notice that tips does not exist here but does on google docs. That is because on my Ren'py, I did not set up tips but there is an option to set up tips. Just so you are aware.

Here is the user interface for opening and closing documents btw..

And that pretty much summarizes what needs to be done. If I wasn't clear, let me know, and I'll try to elaborate.

That being said, I won't be available till Tuesday next week (DECA Competition). Once I come back, I'll finish up the prototype menu and we can finish up the coding.

That's always nice to know. Might I ask with what you have experience? Stright ren'py, or real python, etc?

I have had professional experience with Python. I haven't looked into Ren'Py, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pick up.

Inserted. Also updated the script files on the Docs, and put a stand-alone zip of the current build in there too, if you feel like checking out progress.

Still missing:
- All the music

- towerchime (we have bell sounds, but they're the westminster chime; a solid 12-chime like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:BBC_World_Service_Big_Ben_1-1-2009.ogg is what Big Ben makes at midnight)

- bg greatbell
- bg lensflare
- Mosley with a pipe
(These last three aren't -necessary-, but would make sense to use, given the events in the script; lensflare could be any fancy abstract thingy, I don't actually know what the great bell looks like, and mozles with a pipe would be badass)

We have all the necessary sounds for the bells. I guess I didn't get the right ones to Touph.

Sup guys. I'll be helping out with the coding side of things.

I have like 1-2 hours of free time (to spare) during the weekdays so that's when I'll be working on it.

I look forward to working with you all B-)
