Game rules; The rules to the game

battle chips have their own codes ex. 001=cannon 002=hi-cannon etc.
A net navi starts with 100 hp
unless in the original game you have more. then divide it by 10.
then you get 10 hp when you win. where in the real game is +100 hp
I (lj/louis) will approve of your chip deck and custom chips
your chip deck has to have atleast 1 attack chip and 1 effect chip
once you beat your opponent you are allowed to kill them
killing your opponent will bring your carma down by 10
leaving them will up your karma by 5
Karma ranking:
1000+ = Pure light
800 = Light
500 = normal
300 = tainted (partially dark)
0- = Pure darkness
once your karma is under 300 you are tainted be darkness.
So here you recover by doing the following:
1. Delete all your dark chips (If any)
2. Win 1 battle
3. use full syncro
4. find and use Shining Light chip
after that contact LJ with the contents of your chip folder (Shining Light must be in it)
Tell him that you used full syncro to win a battle
oh and when you are dead you cant battle for a day, to speed it up use subtanks
they halve the time needed, you can buy them
Shopping: to shop you check out the shop forum PM an admin saying what you want
and the admin will tell you how much money you have, if the purchase was made and
what you have bought.


MMBN X battle system
~stats~
Strength: atk. charge shot = 2.5 normal
Intellegence: Ability to learn new techniques. Each 10 intellegence removes one day from training for new moves, except if you create a move yourself.
Speed: Ability to get from point a to point b. In a battle the Higher speed goes first.
Dexterity: Ability to dodge Attacks, and Counter Attack
IQ: Ability to grasp simple concepts such as reading, and math.
GigaPower: The ability to use chip attacks, the higher the number the more devistating an attack will be, if it connects
Attack %: The number of times out of 100 that an attack will actually hit The higher the better
Constitution: Guts, bravery, this is the gusto that makes you a warrior, If the number is low, then you might involentaraly cower before an attack by your opponent. Max Con is 200.
Alignment: Where you stand in a major battle, Are you an angel, or a devil? Your Alignment will tell. In your Character Creator, tell me what you are from these choices:

Nutreal Good
Chaotic Good
Nutral
Lawful Evil
Nutreal Evil
Chaotic Evil
Choose one, and put it on your Character sheet in the Character Creator

attack formula: Ref checks stats and decides if its a hit or miss (he does Atk+Sp and uses Dex to decide if its a hit or miss), if multiple attacks [(%10 atk)x(atks)-(misses)] wow... I did that???

Chip attacks: -50 GP for each chip 1/10 chance you miss, an easy attack, eh? decide on the chips power when chip modding/creating.

Buster mods: changes a chip into the buster, can only be done succesfully twice throughout the game, to do so you must take a chip (under 250 atk).
Do [250+(chip DMG)+1/2GP]

Get stuff at Arena Store/Armory, and the Infermary
Turns:

In a battle you go by turns, If speeds of both combatants are equal then the referee will guess a number from 1-20, the person to come closest will go first. A turn is broken into two parts Maintenence and Attack.
Maintenence is where you can heal, put on armor, or take off armor, ready weapons, etc. but you can only do one of those things during maintenence. Then the Attack phase. In the attack phase you take care of buisness by attacking your opponent, or just taunting them. Your choice. If you aren't ready to attack you can skip this turn, just as if you have nothing to do in the Maintenence phsase you can skip that one too.
The opponent can say how they are going to react, like Dodge, or Block, or Block and Counterattack or Dodge and Counterattack. That sort of thing. Then the calculations by the Ref, and damage is scored, and taged on to those damaged resulting in loss of Hp, or Armor Hp your choice. Armor can be repaired, but it must have at least 1 hp left to absorb, and you must have enough money.
Leveling, and Power Level
If you win a fight against a warrior who is less powerful then you, you get 100 Exp., if your opponent has equal power, and you win, then you get 150 Exp., and finaly if your opponent is more powerful then you, then here is the chart for it:

Also when you win a fight, your Power Level raises by 20%.
By accumulating EXP, you can raise Levels. At the begining of the game, when you first make your character, your HP is 1000, and your Ki is 1000, you also have stats that I create using this system [Die Roll(2)+Die Roll(2)/3]rounded down The lowest you can have is a one, and the max you can have is an 8 stat to start because I will only use a 6 sided die to start a character. When you level up, I'll go through the same process again and tell you what your characters stats are upgraded, I'll also update your system data on the character page. For your HP and Ki, I'll use this system [(Die Roll(100))St]+[Con(3)] for each stat(HP and Ki)The max you can get here is a [800(St)+Con(3)] because I use an 8 sided die for HP and Ki increases. Your Power Level is raised only by Battle, Leveling doesn't really comeinto play, but if you do happen to have a really weak power level at a really high level, I will raise it through some sort of Status change, be it Death, Turning into an Android, Being taken over(an alignment change will occur depending on who took you over, and what your alignment was before),being beaten up severly, or anything else I can dream up.
To tell your level, here is the minimum requirements for Levels

Lvl.2: 500 EXP Create Special Chip
Lvl.3: 1000 EXP
Lvl.4: 3000 EXP
Lvl.5: 5000 EXP
Lvl.6: 7000 EXP
Lvl.7: 9,000 EXP
Lvl.8: 11,000 EXP
Lvl.9: 13,000 EXP
Lvl.10: 15,000 EXP Upgrade Chip
Lvl.11: 19,000 EXP
Lvl.12: 23,000 EXP
Lvl.13: 27,000 EXP
Lvl.14: 31,000 EXP
Lvl.15: 35,000 EXP Create New Chip
Lvl.16: 39,000 EXP
Lvl.17: 43,000 EXP
Lvl.18: 47,000 EXP
Lvl.19: 51,000 EXP
Lvl.20: 55,000 EXP Upgrade Chip
After Lvl.20 it's an extra 8,000 per level, but that figure doubles every 10 levels, so at level 30 it becomes 16,000 EXP per level, and at level 40 it becomes 32,000 EXP per level. Also every 10 levels you can create a new special, and then five levels after a new move is created, you can upgrade a move, but it has to be approved by me. Good luck.

Losing
If you happen to lose a battle, the opponent can choose to kill you, or leave you to recover. If he lets you live, you gain 5% of your PL, and only 75 EXP. Also you have to recover which will take a cirten amont of Days to do. If you lose, here's the amount of time you'll be out of action [Damage(st+con)/50] Days. Healing can be sped up, by Senzus, Wishes, and Regen tanks. Wishes and Senzus are instantanous, but a Regen tank takes 1/3 as long as regular recovery. Also, a Sayajin will gain 20% of his PL win, lose, or draw. It may seem like a good PL increasing trick to loose every battle till your Power Level is Humongous, but Let me tell you a secret, Only two alignments WON'T kill you. they are: Lawful Good, and Good, the rest are well, they probably will kill you, so look out and try to win.
Official Winning and Losing:
Only the Ref has the job of Stopping a match, and there is only two times a ref can stop a match, if someone's power level drops to below 2, and if someone chooses to kill an opponent. Also the Ref, and only the ref can send me results. If you tell me you won a match, also tell me who the ref was, so I can ask them. Also there will be a W/L colomn in your Character Profile, it will tell you how many battles you've won or lost in the past. You *can* get special prizes for stuff like "Best record after 100 fights", or something like Longest Winning streak within 100 fights, and other stuff that will be determined by me, The owner of the Battle Arena. ~To raise GP do net-training, tell me how long and I will grant your wish, then you cant do net-training for a while, Lj will tell you how long.
another way is to attempt to control dark chips, 1 chip is %20 going to dark side, and 2=%30 anything above that it increases by 5, once you get %100 dark make someone destroy your navi, remember to have a full heal sub chip. a duel agenst the dark ones... AHA!!! the Ref decides what the "Dark One" does.
~also theres gravity training, also keep a full heal for this... now heres the gravity key
10x Grav. - %25 death chance - +10 xp. per min
20x - %50 - +25
30x - %75 - +40
Then every + 10x = another %25 death chance and another +15 experience per minute.
