Seto gave a sigh. Apparently he was 'hideous', and, unless Axcel was hideous..and had been caught, and both were probable, than he'd be here. However...He had a feeling that Skye and he were not anywhere very near Axcel, and there was a bit of a sinking feeling in Seto's stomach. At the moment, he was pretty defenseless, with his hands cuffed as they were. Fortunately, they still had not stripped him of his swords, so the only problem was getting out of these cuffs. At that moment, Seto caught notice of a sword at a man before him's side. Deciphering the type, however, wasn't possible, as he immediately covered it up. Another swordsman...Seto thought, Who is he? "The 'Divine Beauty of Pride', eh? What the hell is that...?" Seto glanced quickly down at his swords, before returning his vision to the man before him. The rest of the room was filled with mannequins, and a single woman to his left, admiring herself in the mirror. Throughout the entire trip and now the throwing of words between himself and whomever was before him, Seto had been constantly rattling his hands at the cuffs behind his back, attempting to loosen them. Soon...He would need to resort to a method which he would...Rather not have to. |

"What... the.. hell... is.. THAT!?" Pride repeated, a vein appearing in his forehead. The secretary popped back into reality and slowly disappeared under her desk. Pride growled loudly then back hand slapped you (or bitchslapped if you prefer) across the face causing you to fall to the ground. "HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME! ISN'T IT OBVIOUS THAT THE DIVINE BEAUTY IS ME! THERE IS NOTHING MORE GLORIUS, MORE BEAUTIFUL IN THIS WORLD THAN ME! IT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS IT'S ME!" Pride screamed down at you. He drew his longsword from its sheath and instead of taking out his anger in you chopped the arm off of a mannequin near you. As the arm fell to the ground, you notice the fleshy inards of the arm as it bounced a few times before it stopped. These weren't mannequins, these where people. Real live, or at least they had been, people that had been taken, posed and covered in fabric to forever become Pride's dolls. Pride looked down at you again and smirked. "You see what becomes of those who fail to notice my beauty? You shall join them soon enough..." he said pointing his sword at you. A couple of guards advanced towards you from behind closed doors in the boutique. With drawn swords they walked towards you pushing the corpse mannequins to the ground as they came. |

It seemed Seto had struck quite a sensitive spot on the man before him. Even as the back of the man's hand collided with the defenseless Seto's face, he had no regrets. In fact, there was quite a smug grin on Seto's face. There weren't many things in this world that would surprise Seto very much. If they did, he would hardly show it. Doing so would easily boost his opponent's morale. Indeed, very few things would ever cause Seto to gape wide-eyed at a scene. This, however, was one of them. The mannequins were not mannequins. In fact, judging by the now armless mannequin, they were people...Covered in fabric which restricted their movement and forced them to become but statues. Either way, Seto had no plans whatsoever of ending up like that. He immediately stood, and backed to the opposite side of the room, after noticing the guards behind him. He reached the wall, and began to initiate his plan. He gritted his teeth, and, with a strong jerk, smashed his left hand against the wall. There was a very distinct pop, which sounded the dislocation of his left hand. Due to the dislocation, he was able to bend his wrist in a way which allowed him to free himself. The cuffs were still attached to his right wrist, though it didn't matter much. For now, they would simply act as a bracelet, as Seto gripped his left wrist with his right. With a powerful jerk, his left wrist was very painfully re-located. Bearing with the pain, there was a shnick, and Seidaku was released. For now, Seto would simply use a single sword, gripping its hilt with both hands, right above left. |

The four sword wielding guards around you stopped as you ran towards the wall, and looked suddenly shocked as you broke free of your restraints and drew your own sword. They all looked at each other, and being the pride filled idiot guards they where decided it was best to line up and charge at you one at a time in a convenient line that would be chopped up nicely. Pride, who had momentarily distracted himself on another mannequin, looked over at you too as you drew your sword. He growled and put his right hand around his own, pulling it away from his belt. As he drew it, the shiny blade glistened in the light of the boutique. He threw the sheath to the ground and held the sword in his right hand as he stood behind all his guards ready to strike at you once they where inevitably killed. (Kill the guards as you please, they're beggin for it.) |

Loosening his grip on his katana with his left hand, he began to shake it a bit as if to dull the pain. It had reduced quite a bit, though it was still very painfully there. Now, however, it was more of a very large annoyance than anything. Seto grinned as his opponents lined up very orderly and began to charge him one-by-one. His left returned to its original position on the hilt of Seidaku, below his right. The first charged in, and, with a simple flick of his wrist, he deflected the guard's blade, and brought his sword into an uppercut-like-motion for a counter attack. A simple horizontal followed the attack, which was soon followed by a downwards vertical. Seto walked passed the man, cracking his neck. Blood spurted from all three cuts at once as Seto returned to his fighting position, ready for his next opponent. A small spark was lifted into the air as Seto and the next-in-line's sword clashed, and the now lifeless guard hit the floor. Steel ran noisily against steel as Seto pushed forward and to his right, and with a very quick leap, found himself above his opponent. He spun once, slashing into his opponent's head, and landed. Two body's littered the floor, and the flood of pride-filled guards never let up. With a duck, sharpened steel passed over head, and Seto vaulted himself forward. With a quick jerk of his sword from left to right, and the loosening of his left on the hilt, Seto passed through his third enemy, leaving him to lay in his own pool of crimson. The last guard appeared not to be intimidated, and rushed forward with a quick stab. Seto side-stepped and ran his blade against his opponent to prevent it from coming closer. Seto dashed forwards, throwing his katana upwards. He slid behind the guard, attacking the back of his knees with his right foot, causing him to bend back. Seto caught the guard with his left hand, which sent a jolt of pain through his arm. With gritted teeth, his right elbow came down onto his opponent's face, and the katana landed gracefully from the air into his neck. Seto easily slid the bloodied sword from the man's neck as he let him fall, and turned to face pride. |

Pride watched as the four pathetic guards easily fell under your blade. "I always knew I shoulda paid more for my guards, if only greed wasn't such a ... greedy.. @#&*%," he said with an evil grin, "But whatever, they where worthless, I'll take you down in no time." With this, Pride grabbed his robe and whipped it off gracefully, throwing it over one of the mannequins nearby. Thankfully he was actually dressed under it, in a pair of black trousers. He rose his sword and pointed it straight towards Seto. "Have a look at what you'll become," he smirked, nodding towards the mannequin covered with his robe. The blood from the one he had cut from before still dripped off his blade. Suddenly, he plunged forwards towards Seto. His blade lowered and he thrust it upwards toward your heart, trying to plunge his blade straight through it to end this quickly. |

Seto barely restrained himself from rolling his eyes. Why he did so, he wasn't quite sure. What he was sure of, however, was that the pain in his left hand had dulled significantly, though it was still very much there. He decided to stick with a single sword for the moment, and he would fall back onto Onshuu and Seidaku if needed. "Pride" began the first attack, and, with a single forward thrust, attempted to pierce Seto through his heart. Since his opponent had to charge from across the room, even with his speed which was, unfortunately, greater than Seto's, he was able to anticipate and side-step (to the right) the maneuver. He mimicked his earlier move by setting Seidaku against his opponent's sword to prevent him from continuing his attack. His opponent did not look very strong, by any means. And, while looks could be deceiving, Seto attempted to push his luck. Literally. By setting his left hand on the blade of Seidaku, he pushed against his opponent's blade in an attempt to overpower him and send him stumbling. He quickly followed up by dashing in and swiping from right to left with Seidaku, aiming at a chest blow. |

Pride didn't seem to be to bothered that his attack hadn't landed, almost as if he had known it wouldn't. As Seto set his sword against his, Pride just smirked and took it. As Seto pushed against the blade, Pride did move back, but not quite as expected. Instead of stumbling he slid back almost as if he had seen this coming. Swinging his blade up to his right, he waited for Seto to make his move, and as you came in and swung from your right to left, Pride dodged it easily with his speed. Then knowing that you had left yourself open by swinging the sword up, he dashed forward and brought his own sword from his right to left underneath yours towards your stomach. "You may be stronger than me, hideous, but my speed is far superior to yours and that will win me this fight!" he said as his blade flew towards the bottom of your chest line beneath where your blade had come up. |

His plan had failed, which, Seto had honestly expected. He wouldn't be much of a..."leader", if that is indeed what is is, if he lost so easily. Knowing his opponent's speed and his current position, Seto feared he would easily be hit should he stay. There wouldn't be enough time to withdraw the attack and pull into a defensive maneuver, and so he took a risk that he figured would probably reward him well. Following through with the forward momentum, he pushed off of his feet a bit and sprawled into a roll. The attack passed just overhead, and, due to his opponent's speed, if he had rolled only moment's later, he would have been struck. Seto inwardly gave a sigh of relief, and as he was halfway through his roll, attempted to strike out at his opponent's legs with his katana. Not caring weather or not the attack had hit, Seto immediately turned to his opponent and pushed against the ground, vaulting him backwards and away from his opponent. |

As the blade missed by a few inches, sweeping above your now tucked up body, Pride let out a small disappointed grunt. His eyes followed the movements of your body while you did your small evasive roll and as you stretched out to attack his leg, Pride jumped forward over your blade and spun round to face you, as you pushed yourself away from him. Pride looked down at the relatively clean blade in his hand and then looked over at you again. He laughed and swept his hair away from his face with his free hand while pointing his sword towards your face. "You seem like a decent fighter, I guess looks can be deceiving sometimes, though you should know that beauty always wins in the end, you should just give up now!" he yelled towards you, before throwing his sword arm back behind him and charging towards you. Using his full speed, he plowed straight towards you and as soon as the gap between you was small enough, spun round in an elegant horizontal slash aimed for your chest. |

His opponent's first mistake had been reeling his arm back behind him. Seto braced himself, knowing that to win against this man, with such speed, would only be through counter-attacks. He made his way towards Seto in a very fast dash, at which point Seto had readied himself. His opponent's second mistake threw itself into Seto's face at the moment that his opponent began his spin. Seto immediately ducked as he initiated the spin, and vaulted himself forward in an attempt to stab seidaku anywhere into the man he could. The blade would fly over Seto head as he, hopefully, would gouge his blade into the man. He would, if the attack were to connect successfully, then proceed to rip the blade outwards to the left, spin, and leap away in the same motion. Should the maneuver fail, however, Seto would fall into his momentum and roll forward, before quickly spinning to face his opponent. |

Pride's eyes narrowed as Seto lunged towards him. Instead of letting himself be stabbed, he pulled the path of his blade down to make it collide with Seto's in the air. There was a loud clanging sound as the metal collided in the air, sending your attack off course and away from Pride, and sending Pride spinning off to the left. He landed facing you with a skid as you regained yourself from the block. He growled and then charged towards you again, this time keeping his feet on the ground. With both hands on the hilt of the sword, he held it at his right side pointing backwards. As he got close, he brought it up and along the ground in a powerful upwards slash towards your right side aiming to slash diagonally across your entire torso. |

Kuso... Seto regained himself, immediately turning to face 'Pride'. The man before him was...Fast, though lacking in swordsmanship. He often left himself open, Seto found, though his speed often helped to save his skin in those situations. Either way, now was one of those situations, once again. The man had set his sword at his side, which caused Seto to assume that the blade would come up in an uppercut-like motion. Seto saw this, and dashed towards the man, albeit much slower than he. He didn't want to risk anything much more, and drew his second sword, Onshuu, as he did so. As they neared each other, Seto slid to his right, the opposite side of which his opponent's weapon was stationed. He ran past, keeping his right arm crossed over and in a defensive state, and his left outstretched in an attempt to 'close-hanger' the man, while keeping his guard up with his other sword. |

As your outstretched sword approached Pride, he pushed off the ground and skidded away from you pointing his sword out to the side. He looked over at you and growled visibly towards you. "That's not fair! Using two swords is cheating!" he said pointing his sword towards you. He swung it down to the ground again and shook his head to calm himself down. "Can't growl," he whispered to himself, "It'll give me wrinkles ruining my ever so perfect complexion." Pride brought his free hand up to his face and struck a random pose. He looked around the room looking for a mirror, but they had all been turned round by the guards before for some reason. Pride dropped his hand looking disappointed then looked back over at you. "This fight is beginning to bore me," he said, anger returning to his voice, "and now you're cheating, I might as well too. GET HIM!" On his shout, the seemingly lifeless mannequins jumped to life around you and reached out to grab you. Only the ones closest to you seemed to try though, the rest nailed to the ground. Even though Pride had tortured these people and trapped them in these plastic prisons, it seemed some still obeyed him. As the mannequins reached for you, Pride charged at you while distracted and attempted to slash you across your torso area. |

"Che..." Seto made no point to argue with the idiot "Pride". He simply reassured his grip on both swords. He needed to get this fight over with, weather he killed Pride or not, and get out of there to find his nakama. Skye would be the easiest, he should still be in the general area... Seto was drawn from his thoughts when Pride ordered...Something to "get him", and charged. Seto turned his left side to face Pride, and brought Onshuu up to defend against Pride's attacks, while he scanned the room for any other threats. Out of his peripheral vision, he caught movement from the mannequins. Out of instinct, he immediately slashed at them with Seidaku in a wide arc, his right side facing them so that he was able to defend, still, with his left. "Chikuso!" Seto blurted out, cursing his disadvantage in both numbers and speed. If he didn't get rid of these mannequins fast... |
