Someone in one of my collector groups posted this recently from an (assumably) pirated copy of Mortal Kombat for the Super Nintendo which he described as "Full Blood Mortal Kombat". If anyone has any info on it, feel free to post, otherwise just laugh at the awful art and typos. Going to guess it's one of the many NES pirates due to that "NES-R2 USA" in the top corner, but there's also a super nintendo logo in the bottom corner so it could be either. EDIT: Poster claims it's an extremely rare official release before Midway got the license to MK in japan. I doubt it due to the many piratelike qualities of the thing, but will stay tuned for any other info. (lots of images in spoiler) Spoiler: click to toggle

Oh, I've seen that cover art before and I remember seeing it used on a SNES cart. I don't think I've seen a Famicom pirate that claims to be a SNES game. |
