Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between VIP and REG?
A = With REG, you get 3 tries running by yourself. With VIP, you get unlimited tries and are placed ahead of other REG buyers. Generally, VIP buyers are #1 and #2 looters, and REG buyers are #3 looters or earlier looter when available.

What if I loot my helm out of order?
A = If you loot your helm out of order, no matter what the reason is, your helm will be considered illegit unless you pay us a penalty of 30m to have your name scratched off our Hall of Shame list.

Do you let buyers go on their own accounts?
A = Yes we do. In fact, it's required.

How and when do I pay for a zhelm?
A = Payment must be made via Duey (truck delivery npc) to ign: ZakumRuns at least 48 hours in advance. Do not pay anyone else, not even hosts! There are no exceptions as to whom to pay. Because Peerless is willing to pay your wiring fee, you may subtract your wiring fee of 2.2M (VIP) or 1.8M (REG) from your payment before sending it in (see parenthesized prices above). As soon as we can verify payment, we will clear you to run in the next possible run.

Should I pay earlier or later?
A = For VIP buyers, our recommendation is that you should pay as soon as you have finished all three ZPQ stages and would like to get a zhelm from us. An earlier payment will allow you to sign up for a run earlier, placing yourself in front of other VIP buyers who come later. For REG buyers, our recommendation is just to pay at least 48 hours in advance, but if you wish, you may pay earlier to get ahead of other REG buyers.

I paid for my helm already. How do I get on a run?
A = If you've made your payment already, please check your buyer post on this thread occasionally. This is because we will clear you on your buyer post as well as post a link for you that you can use to sign up for a run .For your convenience, we suggest you sign up for the run yourself; this way you can view all available runs at your convenience before you commit. When there are spots on actual runs, prior to the run we will also attempt to contact any cleared buyers online to see if they are interested. But your best bet is to sign up for a run after you've been cleared; all the instructions will be edited into your original buyer post.

Do you contact the buyers sometime before the run?
A = After payment from you is verified, a host will clear you for running and will attempt to contact you to answer any questions you may have. The meet time is typically 45 mins before the run, so please be be potted at El Nath: El Nath ready to go. Feel free to contact one of the hosts in-game or via this website if you have any questions.

Do you guys do the Zakum Quests? I'm horrible at them...
A = We used to, but not anymore. Why not? We have a new rule that doesn't let us ask for anyone's account info anymore. This is because there have been people pretending to be us trying to scam account info. So since we can't go on buyer accounts anymore, that means we are no longer able to do quests for customers. If you decide to go with us, you will have to find some way of completing those quests (for ZPQ stage 3, just at least make sure you have 30 gold zteeth.
