Yeah I was wondering if anyone knew of any good drawing and art programs?
Preferably free.

Photoshop is the best I think. There are methods of getting it free but you would normally pay for it.
Sai is similar to photoshop and it's free and many good drawers use it.

Yeah I was going to suggest Sai as well. I've seen some wicked good results from that program, its pretty powerful. Since you're looking in the free range that would probably be your best bet.

Yeah a lot of the artists I know use SAI.
