 Pierce was once a pirate captain, but retired long ago. His tongue is still as sharp as his sword was, and he often shouts with cries of 'matey' and 'shiver me timbers'. What he is most known for, however, is his chilly disposition. They still say that if he looked straight into a volcano's magma chamber, it would freeze over in seconds. His ice pokemon are nearly as bad, and match up well to your own pokemon's levels;
