 Jacen & Jaina are distant cousins of Mossdeep gym leaders Tate and Liza. They share an even stronger telepathic bond than most in Mystic City, and can easily read each other's thoughts and those of their pokemon. Like their cousins, they fight you in a double battle, with 3 pokemon each. Also like most gl's in this region, their levels seem to correspond to your own.
