Chimchar wasn't nearly quick enough to attack 2 pokemon in 1 turn, so it concentrated its claws on Zigzagoon, weakening it greatly. Starly followed up by landing a hard Tackle on Bidoof, despite its own exhaustion. The 2 aggravating rodents teamed up on the little bird one last time, and it finally collapsed.
