Pokemon may only visit once a month, and you must be at least to the first gym town in order to use this. As of 10/13, the rule stating the daycare may not be used for a week after one use has been removed - Ace As of 11/2, traded Pokemon gain 125% exp per day in the daycare - Hand of Blood, Completely Anon
