Bio: Jeff grew up in a modest family in a suburb of Blackthorn City in Johto. While not destitute, he did not have a lot of money growing up and was therefore teased by the majority of the students for his plain appearance and non brand apparel. One of his few friends was a girl by the name of Clair, who was the cousin of Lance, a famous member of Kanto's Elite Four. After she became the gym leader at Blackthorn, he never saw her again. He has since grown despondent and cold. This journey is a chance to find where he belongs in the world.

Personality: Jeff cares about all, however he blocks anyone from getting close to him and comes off as cold and despondent. He is extremely analytical and possesses intelligence that far exceeds that of someone his age. Due to this, he can be a little arrogant and will never admit fault, trying to fervently prove that he is right.

Sprite Description: Not one for fancy dress, Jeff prefers to keep it simple. To him, a pair of blue jeans and a T-Shirt will do nicely. On the occasion he wants to look nice, a pair of khakis and a polo shirt is all he wears. He is rather plain on the outside, keeping his hair flat the majority of the time, but once in a while he'll spike his black hair. His brown eyes behind a pair of glasses belie the wisdom that is contained within.
