Bio: Pengus has been around Pokemon all his life. He was born in Antarctica, where his parents were researching Ice-type Pokemon. He moved to the region of Amethyst at the age of 7 when their research brought them there. Nothing extraordinary actually happened to him, except when he was in Antarctica he saw a legenary Pokemon, which (since he was 3) was described as a "large, sparkling, blue bird."

Personality: Pengus is generally a nice person. He can occasionally be annoying. He tries to help (sometimes even when help is unwanted.) He is, though, shy at first.
