 Currently, the only legal way I know of, without using an AR is to go through the global trade center, as I think the Japan kids have had an event for it already, otherwise, there is no legal way.

Wholes are found by Soul Reapers though, so I wasn't sure which you meant , as both parties inhabit the soul society.

 Soul Reapers was right, but now that I think of it both technically could be right.

The special prize is a shiny Togepi with all of its egg moves. (I'll upload/code the sprite line if you want me to, unless you want to)
