On Blizzaga Mountain, the exhaustion of the climb and the bitter numbing cold take their toll on you. As you begin to fall asleep, probably for the last time, something crosses your limited range of sight. It's Entei, and it's beckoning to you. Willing to do anything to keep moving, you follow the legendary dog, and it soon leads you to a hot spring. Before you can enter, however, you must fight the guardians of the Springs, the dogs themselves! Basically, you battle the 3 legendary beasts. They're nothing but illusions, so you will earn no experience and they cannot be caught, but you will be able to reach these special secret springs of Blizzaga, which are alive with strange energy, and any pokemon that can learn Flamethrower, Surf, or Thunderbolt immediately learn these attacks after having bathed in the springs. If you fail, the dogs still let you through so as to save your character from certain death, but his pokemon do not receive the extra benefits of the Blizzaga Springs.
