Quen stumbled into Bridgeway and made it into the Pokemon Center before he collapsed on a couch. When he woke up, he healed his pokemon and found out that he had access to his father's PC. Checking it, Quen found an Absol, Girafarig, Togetic, and Whismur. Nurse Joy told him that he would probably be finding pokemon turning up mysteriously in the box on many occasions. Shrugging, Quen made his way outside and was bowled over by a man in a black and navy blue uniform. Pulling himself, Quen exploded, demanding what the man was doing that he couldn't be watching where he was going. The man introduced himself as a member of Team Nova. Suddenly 2 more men appeared behind him. Quen, never having heard of this organization and wanting to test its strength, challenged the 3 men to a battle. The first grunt stepped up and released a Glameow. Quen called out Nalha and commanded a Flare Blitz. |

OOC: Nalha...? Don't you mean Neko? Neko/Nalha charged at Glameow fiercely, but harmed itself in the process. Glameow returned to consciousness with Hypnosis. [11]  [29/40] [sleeping][13]  [20/48]

ooc: Gack. Forgot what it was. I was too lazy to go dumpster diving for my profile (this being before I'd put the link in my sig), and i couldn't remember the name. I took a guess, and I thought it was Nalha. Oh well. The name stuck, I'll alter my profile to fit the name at some point. ic: Digging into his backpack, Quen found one of the common items his mother had packed him, and used it, a Full Heal, on Nalha. |

Work it did as Glameow fainted. 100% exp. Cyndaquil took recoil damage though. Next was a Staryu. |

Simply enough, yet again Electra lays the smackdown. (I've always wanted to say that) 50% exp. The grunt then disGRUNTledly sent out his Exeggcute. |

"Oh, you're allergic! Come here, and let me cut you! I mean hug you! Yes, hugging is what I meant." the grunt called out. His Exeggcute still fainted. 50% exp. The grunt left and the next one took his place, he sent out Stunky. |

Quen noted with some satisfaction that Cyndaquil was a mere 75% exp from evolving, but he knew that the rest of the team needed training, too. "Ursa Minor, hit it with Close Combat!", he said, choosing Teddiursa to begin the battle with this new grunt. |

Teddiursa went up and struck the skunk with considerable force, but lowered its offenses and defenses in doing so. Stunky replied with Poison Gas, poisoning the living teddy bear. [9]  29/38 [poisoned] [-1 attack/defense][11]  22/45

OOC: I was wondering how much it really should be doing. I'll go with level x 0.75. In your Teddi's case, would be 7. IC: Stunky almost succumbed to the powerful attack, and used Screech on Teddiursa. [9] 24/38 [Poisoned] [-2 attack / -4 defense][11] 5/45
