(E) - 5 coins (L) - 10 coins (N) - 50 coins (X) - 75 coins (7) - 150 coins (G) - 300 coins Example result after 3 coin payment: (E) (L) (X) (7) (E) (L) (G) (X) (E) Since 3 (E)'s are going diagonal, you would get 5 coins from this.
