Unregistered	I hate the way the media is making celebrities and athletes seem like gods or something. All those magazines I see when entering the store, "She's pregnant!" or "She's getting remarried!" All with the same group of celebrities. Like honestly, who the fuck cares what they do with their own personal lives? Athletes too. These people are getting paid millions and are being worshiped just for being able to kick a little ball around a field. Like what the hell, anybody could do it if they practice a lot. Then the media always reports if these people take steroids or something. I know it affects the player, his reputation, his team, and the sport in general, but which part of that makes it worth a front page on a newspaper? Same with the whole Paris Hilton fiasco, why the fuck was that on the newspapers for a few weeks? Some slut got drunk, and started crying. Yeah, seems WAY more important than the war in Iraq (which the media just tends to glorify and make it seem like an "act of God" as Bush puts it) The bias in the world in general based on religion is also sickening. Bush thinks he could do whatever he wants and uses God as a scapegoat. People bitch that countries like Iran shouldn't be allowed nuclear missiles because they're "run by religious extremists" While I agree that they shouldn't have nukes, I don't see why the US can. If "God told me to invade Iraq" is acceptable as an excuse, why do these people call those other countries overly religious? Because they believe in a different religion? You all sicken me, fighting over who has the better imaginary friend. If you want to believe in God or whatever the hell you believe in, then fucking keep it to yourself. Wasn't there separation of Church and State? Bush should be arrested for the terrorist he is, mentally retarded people shouldn't be allowed to run countries. Another thing that pisses me off is how the media treats youth. They try to shove their ideals down out throats about what to wear, what to listen to, and to try to make us anorexic. What's worse is the idiots who actually follow these trends and try to lose 50 pounds and wear a celebrity perfume simply because everybody else is doing it. Honestly, what the fuck is so attractive about your ribs showing? Sure, being really fat is unattractive, but most girls I know feel they're too fat when they're obviously the size they should be, or a bit smaller. One girl even had the nerve telling me that I'm not fat but she is, when she's skinnier than I am. She replied with some stupid reason like "Girls are supposed to look skinnier". Teens these days act like idiots. I've been with my girlfriend for a while now, and all they ask me every damn day is if I did her yet. I don't follow either extreme - Waiting til marriage seems stupidly long, but we're not planning to go all the way simply because everyone else is doing it. They're all experimenting with drugs and stuff, while we're usually just huddled in the library reading books or playing older gameboy games on our breaks. Once again, the media was glorifying the objectifying of women, through all the (horribly repetitive and stupid) rap songs that keep blaring on the radio. That's why I rarely listen to radio any longer, just have my few favorite bands, some of which already disbanded. The world is just falling lower and lower into the shithole of destruction, I honestly don't even know if humanity will survive another decade >.<
