 I would include some unhelpful hax here, but it would've been pointless. You still would've won in due time. Here's 50%, and you finally rounded a bend and saw the guru's hut, but one last pokemon emerged from the swamp to block your way.

 Gallade went incredibly Matrix for a moment as it slashed at the water lily thing, but that ended as the lily thing slammed into it with a hard Zen Headbutt, sending it crashing into the bog and landing a critical hit.

 The 2 pokemon hit each other at the same time (exact same Speed stat of 99), and Gallade won out, hanging on by just a 4-HP thread. Unfortunately, the pokeball you swiftly recalled it into immediately turned a sickly purple. Gallade had been afflicted by Toxic, and would not heal until your return to the Pokemon Center. In front of you, the small hut awwaited...

 Unfortunately the bog toxins of the Willow Swamp had gained a certain immunity to mere portable antibiotics such as Antidotes and Full Heals. The hyper potion worked fine, but the poison I'm afraid you'll have to live with. Waiting until Gallade was sure that the bodyguard wasn't going to release his pokemon, tht's when the bdyguard DID send out Breloom, Gallade not moving an inch to attack, at least not this turn.

 The mushroom collapsed, releasing miniscule spores in defeat (effect spore) that were repelled by the toxins already in Gallade's body. As the bodyguard sent out his Machoke, the toxins once again took their toll. Gallade had little hope of surviving another turn.
