This is where her journey would truly start to take form, she felt it in her bones. She walked, white boots softly padding on the towns well-worn path, making her way towards the route to take her to the next town. Blue-green hues were gazing ahead, head held high, a triumphant and eager smile on her lips. This was what she'd been waiting for. Adventure. Excitement. Her own adventure. With her Torchic at her side, she felt unstoppable. She felt on the top of the world. Her light-violet skirt flowing with each step she took. She smiled as she went to take her first step out of the town's boundaries and onto her own adventure... "Hey, Mido, I heard you were off on a Pokémon adventure..." She knew that voice all to well and turned around. There she stood. Her childhood rival, clearly set on one thing. A pokéball sit in Mei's hand. She knew what Mei was up to, and her hand instinctively went to the pokéball at her side. "Ha... you always knew when you'd have to protect your self-righteous, prissy reputation..." Mei advanced on Midoriko, and Mido knew that this would be her first battle. She knew she'd have to learn a lot from this. She stood, her smile twisting into a smirk, eager for the challenge.

#1 Baralai Fan. Also known as SoA Posts: 1,058 Group: Owner Member #1 Joined: May 4, 2007	(I'm a .hack fan too, I don't see a problem, beginning post looked interesting to me.) Dratini starts out with a Leer attack, but Torchic is unaffected, as it is bound and determined to beat Dratini. It makes a good hit with scratch attack, taking 5 points of damage away from it. 19/24 24/24

She looked up at Mei and extended her hand. "Good battle." She gave a smile. Mei looked at her and didn't shake hands, she turned around and left with a harumph. Midoriko stood and returned Torchic to it's pokéball. Se turned around to take one look back into the town before setting off on her new adventure.
