Well, it takes practice to be a good artist, but nothings stopping you from opening your own shop...here is my very basic and simple explanation of how to do some basic stuff: Using Paint: The pencil tool is very useful for rough sketches. Most avatars are made in {aint(like yours)so, I made a rough sketch first, then painted over it with all the colors. Note that you may draw lines, use any kind of color, or even add text to your image! Whats even better is this: You can add images to your drawing, simply by copying and pasting. I can't really explain how to draw, but hey, thats my basic explanation... Photoshop: Photoshop takes time to master, as such, I will add my description once I figure it out... |

And If your doing more advanced stuff, like ghost pokemon, use Gimp 2. Using the eraser, start at a opacity of 0. Then, move your way to 100, the bottom of the pokemon. It should look ghost like, and cool. If your doing auras, use Paint. Expand the basic pokemon by 25%, recolor to right color, and place regular in that. |
