Reyvan raised a hand to Helo in greeting. "Hey," she said, walking over to him, "You find anything?" |

It was strange... she had just met him, yes, and he was technically an enemy, yes, but Zadora was relieved to see Helothannin in one piece anyway, even though he really wasn't in much danger to begin with, "I hope so, because we sure didn't." |

He slid over the hawkstrider's side and landed lightly on the ground. "I did find something - tracks, belonging to humans, and they head northwest." As he spoke he began looking through his travel bags, seeking his maps. "I am not sure what would be northwest for them, however...all of that land was taken by the Forsaken, I thought." |

"Well, I guess we'll just have to follow the tracks to see. Lead the way Helo." |

Silently, Dora watched as he fumbled for his maps, able to see the layout of this land in her mind - in Kalimdor she needed a map for almost every step, but most of the Eastern Kingdoms she knew by heart, "There is really no place safe they could have gone." Looking out toward the horizon, she sighed, but her stature was still that of one on the hunt, "You should not get your hopes up." |

Helo blew out a sigh as he climbed back onto Telon. "I question if there is any place safe, for anyone, at the moment, but let us be off." |

Reyvan mounted Arcaedion and kneed him into a trot behind Helo. |

Swinging herself up onto Zaa, the lady paladin brought her horse level with Reyvan's then set him to follow Helo, silent as she looked around her, careful to notice every single movement - as mad as it made her, these were Horde lands completely now, and she was a sitting duck surrounded by angry dogs. She needed to be on her guard more than the other two here. |

Helo led them north west, carefully steering them around areas he knew (from having passed through them earlier) were heavy with Forsaken presence. Every so often he would drop off Telon and bend to check something on the ground - an imprint, a stray thread caught on a bush's branch, an area of the grass that had been trampled - before mounting again and adjusting their course. When they were heading toward the hills, he suddenly twisted in his saddle to look at the women behind him. "The crater that Dalaran left behind...that is in this general direction, yes?" He had always avoided that crater, as the last time he had strayed too close he'd come under attack; the remaining mages there had many, many elemental slaves, and those had set on him without hesitation. Helo hadn't actually seen any of the mages at that time, but he'd never had any reason to go back to the crater and really had had no desire to pick a fight with the elementals again. But, if the humans had gone to the crater, he would, without a doubt, risk finding himself under attack again. Edited by Helothannin, Dec 8 2010, 02:59 PM.

Reyvan nodded. "Yes. Is there any way we can avoid going through it? The mages living around the crater are hostile to the Horde." |
