He's also a bit hemophobic due to the threats levied against him when he was held hostage before Bryant rescued him. Recruitment Scenario: He will appear as an Other Unit along with his armed guard to aid Braxus because the lord's father saved him twenty years ago. Either Eleanor or Braxus needs to speak to him to recruit him. At that point, Wilson's armed guard will turn on the player and become the true battle. Other: He's not that great for much besides healing. His defense and HP make him too frail to keep near the frontlines, and his low speed limits his fighting ability. Might as well bump this, as editing a post a lot gets me mixed up. Anyways, here's my very rough mug for him-  The head I have there now is only showing the size of his future head. My only concern is that the mug will end up too small.. maybe it can be justified if he's already old in Daddy mode, and is ancient in Braxus Mode. |

I think he wasn't that old in daddy mode, 30 or so. I don't know as he'd be that ancient. We can pass the small off as him just being a small guy. It looks good overall though. |

So he should be about am iddle aged man in Braxus mode, correct? This is my attempt at his mug so far: I'm wondering if I should keep the hand.. he also looks too small for my tastes, but he's just hunched.. Anyways, any opinions are welcome. Edited by Aquazora, Jul 29 2009, 06:04 PM.

the color scheme is definitely better. I think you could make him look less hunched over by having his head tilted up instead of down, but I don't know how feasible that is to actually carry out. What's the hand supposed to be doing anyway? holding a cane? |

I took the hand straight off generic old man, so I suppose it is holding a cane. I can take it off if it seems out of place, and I should have a newer version up tomorrow, doing my best to make him younger. Edit: So I tried tilting the head to get an idea of what he would look like.  It might be because I used Microsoft word, but I think I might be better off changing his robe to adjust posture. And if that doesn't work, the description at the top calls him a "wise, elderly man" so I suppose semi-old might work. As for color scheme, I was playing around when making the mug, but the original sprites were a different color, as seen on the right. But the sprites can easily be changed if that color doesn't work out. Edit: If the description of old wilson calls for elderly, would about the difference between marcus' work? I apologize for the double post, but it's been a week since this topic has been active, so I might as well bump it. So while working on the young wilson mug (whose body is still giving me trouble) I finished up the old one.  Of course, this is with my own color scheme that I played around with while designing the mug. It would result in This Sheet.  This is what the sheet would look like with the original color scheme, so my main question of this post is- which color looks better/should be used? |

I don't think Wilson is important enough to have weirdly colored hair. I much prefer your version of the mug. |
